recommended to me by a friend I decided to get a quote and apart from a great price I found their service was second to none. Alice , Kingsley and Pauline were fantastic in the admin area and did not miss a beat pleasant , courteous and expedient. Pauline was very sensitive to my request for an early install (as winter without heat was unbearable ) and to my surprise she was able to get the installation done within three days !!!

On the fitting side, Kenny and his young apprentice were equally pleasant and dynamic. They came, drilled holes , laid pipes etc whilst minimising mess . After the install, they cleaned up after themselves , tested the equipment and were out on their way to their next job. I have had 4 Brontë series fitted by NCG to date and I am very satisfied with their service and reliability of the units. I will continue to recommend both NCG and Mitsubishi heavy industries. Blends smooth hummus but hard to scrap out thicker recipes so I use a different blender for those jobs. The only thing that annoys me is that when not in use you have to turn it off at the wall otherwise the front dial on the base constantly flashes a blue light. Just recently I was making peanut butter and the lid popped off the grinding jug while in use, possibly due to the pressure that builds up when the butter heats up and it broke the clip that locks it in place. Within 10min of sending the email to claim a replacement lid under warranty the support team had responded and got a new lid shipped. Was blown away by the speed of their response and genuine support!

This has been working for two years very efficiently, and we have never run out of hot water. We are near the sea and have a slight case of corrosion appearing on the outer casing, which is the only concern.

pointed out by another reviewer here it is the nosiest a/c I have ever experienced. When it just ticks along it is quiet but when it needs to do an operation the noise is just ridiculous. How could MHI not notice the louvre motors and high speed fan noise is pretty strange. Also no backlit remote control, even a cheap TCL has this and more. So disappointed with this purchase. Another reviewer mentioned a newer motherboard addresses some of this so I might contact MHI. I am about o buy another 6kW ac for another room but it might be Mitsubishi electric this time and seems to be the one to get.

fittings were modern and well made. Installation proceeded smoothly and when running it was very quiet making much less noise than air conditioning. It did not take long for it to reach the set 64 degrees and it shut down. I am taking the opportunity to have it run during peak solar / low cost electricity from 11 am to 5, but it achieves temperature early, effectively costing us nothing in power. even after being repaired. Magimix refused my refund and kept pushing a replacement, even though I had completely lost confidence in the machine.

NSW Fair Trading tried contacting them between 28 July and 11 August, and Magimix didn’t respond to them either.

They finally approved my refund on 31 August, but I’m still waiting for them to collect the machine and actually give me my money back.

The whole process has been exhausting, dishonest and incredibly disrespectful. From my experience, this company does not respect Australian consumer protections or even respond to Australian regulatory bodies.

I absolutely do not recommend Magimix. Stay away from this company.

When this machine arrived I was very impressed with the quality of all the attachments & the machine itself. I also love all the recipes on the app which is free to use. I have fallen in love with cooking again. Thanks Froothie

frozen and the fridge items cold to cool when set at around -7deg.C. It pulls minimal power and is very quiet. We've used it for a number of days on the road and whilst camping. I also use it as a spare freezer for dog food at home just to keep it running. The simple design is one of indestructibility and longevity. It's so simple it's pure genius.

couple of years of use, the plastic is discoloured and so is the base - I hate to think of the micro plastic I have ingested. I went looking for a glass blender, and there are other cheaper ones, but this is built like a tank, and NO plastic comes into contact with food - all stainless and glass. Its powerful and smart - set it to smoothie and it knows how hard and how long to blend my multi veggie smoothie. It also comes apart so I assume if the blades wear out or get damaged a replacement one can be ordered. Just love it !!

mobility issues it has been liberating to have something that I can easily use, empty and clean.

The vacuum works well on carpet and tiles. The battery lasts around 40 minu, enough for the whole 4 bedroom house on min setting. It runs for 15min on max setting when deep cleaning is required. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge from flat and the range of attachments are very useful and easy to swap.

Emptying the barrel is easy. You detach from the stick portion, hold the base of the dust holding cannister over the bin and pull up the red part that has the dust bin icon (see photo below). To remove fine dust - push down and pull up the release lever several times and this is enough to remove most of what has been collected by this amazingly well designed stick vacuum.

The head of the long vacuum is really versatile and multi directional. It fits sideways into spaces I have not been able to vacuum in the past. It's ability to go horizontal means you can get under low spaces like beds with ease.

Fantastic, sorry I waited so long to buy one and got it on special at Good Guys.

However, I have been told that instead of purchasing the replacement screen, I need to purchase an entirely new machine for $275!!!

This is particularly disappointing when Joolca states on its website:

“We build gear to last, and we back it for the long haul.”

Joolca also states:

“We carry genuine spare parts for every product in the range.”

Based on my experience trying to obtain a replacement LED display for my HOTTAP V2, I have not been able to purchase the spare part I need.

Joolca's support page also says:

“We aim to reply within a day.”

My most recent email was sent over the weekend, and it is now Wednesday and I have still not received a response.

I purchased this product believing that if a component eventually failed, genuine spare parts would be available so the unit could be repaired rather than unnecessarily replaced.

I am not asking for a free replacement machine. I am simply asking to purchase the LED display required to repair my existing HOTTAP V2.

If Joolca genuinely stands behind its statements about building gear to last and carrying genuine spare parts for every product in its range, then I believe supplying or making available the replacement LED display would be a reasonable solution.

I bought the blender to make nut milk. It's work so well and reasonable price. This blender is the strongest one compare to other brands. I think it better show more to people to know about this brand on the market like Good guys or Harvey Norman. Show details

A big factor for me when choosing was the noise, but this thing is quiet enough to actually sleep with it on (on low, and even on high), which I hadn't expected. It's not silent, but low is quieter than my aircon, and it'll stop when the timer finishes or when it's full. It seems to work quite quickly on high, so keeping it on low over a longer period works well. The geek in me would love for more options for the timer (just 2 hr increments) but this has been fine.

The water tray is practically spill-proof, another surprise as I carefully pulled it out to empty it the first time. Until you peel open the lid of the tray, it's actually quite hard to spill. I wasn't looking forward to having another thing to store over the summer, but overall it's a fairly small form factor, and the simple, black, curved form factor actually might go unnoticed in the corner of the room, so I might not need to find room in a closet.

Overall, I knew I was spending a little more for something quality, but this exceeded my expectations!

points: I love the retracting cord, power levels are good for such a small machine, it cleans well, it's lasted well without falling apart or breaking, and it's easy to store because it is small. For a smaller, older woman, it's a good size. Not-so-good points: it's not as easy to move around the house as I'd hoped - it bangs into furniture and walls; I don't find it easy to get under furniture like a settee. But on the whole I think it was a good buy and would recommend.

Turns out it’s called a blender. Apparently it's not for storing office supplies?? It's for turning solid things into snack soup. Which is honestly insane if you think about it. I’ve since blended: • Ice (it yelled) • A shoe (not recommended) • Some strawberries (very good) • A spoon (it lost) Also, I forgot to put the lid on once and it decorated my entire kitchen in blueberry. My wall now looks like a smoothie crime scene. Anyway, I use it every day now. I’ve had six smoothies, one milkshake, and an accidental gazpacho. My teeth are getting a break and I feel powerful. Best reliable machines there are. !! Built to last. Buy one and you will have it for at least 25 - 30 years. These are the only ones that you will see in commercial laundries and caravan Parks. Buy one, you will love it.
