instantaneous hot water system we had, so less waiting and wasting of water. The water reheat cycle seems fast enough, considering it is the middle of winter in Victoria. When heating, the condenser fan noise is quiet, but there is another rattly sound which is a little unpleasant when standing very close. The wifi and mobile app are handy to keep an eye on the tank temperature, while getting used to the new system. I don't like the adverts in the mobile app though, makes it feel a bit cheap and nasty. The unit/installation looks nice and neat, better than some other brands offerings.

recommended to me by a friend I decided to get a quote and apart from a great price I found their service was second to none. Alice , Kingsley and Pauline were fantastic in the admin area and did not miss a beat pleasant , courteous and expedient. Pauline was very sensitive to my request for an early install (as winter without heat was unbearable ) and to my surprise she was able to get the installation done within three days !!!

On the fitting side, Kenny and his young apprentice were equally pleasant and dynamic. They came, drilled holes , laid pipes etc whilst minimising mess . After the install, they cleaned up after themselves , tested the equipment and were out on their way to their next job. I have had 4 Brontë series fitted by NCG to date and I am very satisfied with their service and reliability of the units. I will continue to recommend both NCG and Mitsubishi heavy industries. Great job guys keep breaking those barriers! Thank you Con and family

pointed out by another reviewer here it is the nosiest a/c I have ever experienced. When it just ticks along it is quiet but when it needs to do an operation the noise is just ridiculous. How could MHI not notice the louvre motors and high speed fan noise is pretty strange. Also no backlit remote control, even a cheap TCL has this and more. So disappointed with this purchase. Another reviewer mentioned a newer motherboard addresses some of this so I might contact MHI. I am about o buy another 6kW ac for another room but it might be Mitsubishi electric this time and seems to be the one to get.

you can leave the dough in to rise at a constant temp. The rinse function is handy and makes final cleanup easier. The appliance is heavy and takes up a bit of room on the bench. There is an app with recipes from Magimix and the community which are helpful. Overall happy with my purchase

evident that this isnt easily achievable. Excessive cooking times, a whole lot of wasted ingredients after this machine pulverised them, months of back and forth (delayed response by company), no follow though (didnt provide working recipes for my specified 8 dinner servings that work in real life) extreamely limited in what I can actually make with this thing. Initially did a review a couple months ago, having given them the benefit of the doubt and allowed substantial time to respond the issues aren't resolved. The new app can scale ingredients, the issue is it doesnt fit. Many questions left unanswered, theu refuse to admit thwir advertising and advice pre purchase was incorrect, eventhough ive proven so on numerous occasions. Initially they stated to cook two batches, which defeats the entire purpose. When this was argued, i asked them to provide a second unit to accommodate for what they insist the machine is capable of, you can bet that wasn't happening. Cooking isnt "seamless or faster, or more convenient". To avoid mush, you need to manually torn on and off stirring every few minutes. You can't just walk away like you are led to believe. When maxing out the bowl, dont even think of teying to use the steamers, it takes 2 hours to steam thin carrots or 1cm cubed potatoes. Recipes that should take 25 -40 minutes will take 2 to 3 hours. Recipes themselves aren't accurate and the company often advises you to do it another way, yet thats not what the recipe reflects. The step completed alarm doesnt function 9 times out of 10. You'll eventually be offered a refund if you persist. Having contacted accc ive been assured there is more than enough evidence of false advertisement. Which is why I didn't accept the refund. I am pursuing this so that they are made to change their misleading statements, gaining money by deception. Its a very disappointing experience. Happy to provide receipts.

I am very happy with the optimum 9200A. Its blending capabilities far out way any of my other blenders. I would definitely recommend this blender.

clean thoroughly and doesn’t stink as a result. Do not use any of the self cleaning options on the market as they don’t properly clean themselves and there is dirt stuck in corners. This model Hizero doesn’t clean themselves corners as well as others on the market, but makes up for it in other features in my opinion.

apartment. Based on Dyson's recommendation, we purchased the V8 Extra expecting the quality and reliability associated with a premium brand.

Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment from day one.

The battery would only run for around 10 minutes on the normal power setting, which wasn't even enough to vacuum a very small apartment. The machine was only used about once a week and often sat unused for weeks while my daughter travelled for work, so it certainly wasn't subjected to heavy use.

We contacted Dyson on numerous occasions. We even offered to pay the difference to upgrade to another model, but that request was refused. Instead, we were sent a replacement battery, which only improved the performance for a short time before exactly the same problem returned.

Eventually Dyson replaced the machine, but only after concluding that the original was beyond economical repair due to its "maintenance history"—a conclusion I do not accept given the very light use and the fact that the battery issue existed from early in the vacuum's life.

While I appreciate that Dyson ultimately supplied a replacement with a new warranty, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. For a product costing $499, I expected far greater reliability and a more customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.

Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before paying a premium for the Dyson brand again.

it was but hard as i have another same top of the line bronze vacuum cleaner bought from harvey norman cord pull easily. I didnt take it seriously the cord pull tight forast 8yrs till last week the cord rectractor not holding the cord and it immediately pull back inside and pull from power cable when vscuum. When i call miele repairer center at eastern creek they said labour plus part cost $240. As im a loyal miele customer since 2015 has 2 x miele top of line washer, 3 x miele vacuum including this, miele dishwasher, miele 90cm cooktop and miele 90cm.oven all i spent over 20k aud$.

Miele customer advocate first said get assessment report and then see replacement or discount for new one then when i mentioned miele centre quated me $240 for replacement and realign cord rectractor they said for the age of vacuum they csnt reemburse any money currently miele has promoton up to 350$ off rrp for vacuum and cqnt do much.

I emailed customer advocate as a loyal customer atleast share half price of repair cord rectractor share $120 and i pay $120 or 50% of new miele but no response.

I understand the vacuum is 8yrs old and motor works but with the broken cord retrsctor it useless and can get cheap electrolux for under 200$.

I think miele should have share repair cost. Not sure i overseen the cord tight rrqind from brand new made this and i feel should have repair or replace with brand new when it waa new.

Turns out it’s called a blender. Apparently it's not for storing office supplies?? It's for turning solid things into snack soup. Which is honestly insane if you think about it. I’ve since blended: • Ice (it yelled) • A shoe (not recommended) • Some strawberries (very good) • A spoon (it lost) Also, I forgot to put the lid on once and it decorated my entire kitchen in blueberry. My wall now looks like a smoothie crime scene. Anyway, I use it every day now. I’ve had six smoothies, one milkshake, and an accidental gazpacho. My teeth are getting a break and I feel powerful. Would give 6 stars if it had a mute button.
