I would brush day and night. At lunch I would rub some toothpaste and leave it for 30 mins then spit out remaining. In 4 days my teeth stains are gone and soon it will be whiter. I am very impressed and satisfied.

This product is rubbish and does not live up to claims of whitening teeth in 7, 10 or any other amount of days. Fraudulent unsubstantiated claims. Don't waste your money. Show details
