on the front down the bottom is either broken or no longer working. In twin mode, this pram could not fit either in bassinet form or with car seats, which made the long walk from the hospital into the car difficult during an already difficult time. I would love to say that the pram struggles to fit only on occassion, however, it does not fit into doorframes new or old. It does not fit into disabled bathrooms or walkways in bassinet mode (narrower than the car seats mode).

For the price point, the missing/damaged pieces and the inability to use in even 50% of public places, is truly frustrating and disappointing.

I will contact support to rectify the missing item and damaged lock, however it does not change the issues we have experienced.
