Has no indicator to tell you when it is ready. Is ineffective at straightening and leaves your hair crinkled and frizzy. The buttons are poorly placed making it hard to use it without changing the heat setting or turning it off. After an initial review, Phillips told me to use specific instructions to get it to work. I did that and had no better results. Taking this advice took me over the 30 day returns time frame and Phillips has been completely inflexible, refusing to let me return this terrible product. Terrible service for such a massive company!
