was a lot harder to cancel it. 4 phone calls so far and still no refund on my initial payment. A lot of excuses and having to wait and emails that truly need not have been sent if they had a proper system in place to close an account after the refund was issued rather than before. Despite being "suncorp" the insurance is with NIB and they get commissions. Still waiting on my refund. Latest excuse of a finance back end process to be done seems to take a very long time. Humans don't know what they're doing i don't think.
