Remained healthy and fit, so no need to use insurance, but the comfort of having insurance was good.

The people I spoke with were clear and easy to speak with. The premiums were equal to or better than the competition. I feel that if I need to make a claim, that they will be easy to deal with.

from her stomach she was recovering and out of nowhere for got a severe case of Puppy Gastro and was hospitalised for days with antibiotics and fluids. This all came to thousands of dollars but with Bow Wow Meow pet insurance we didnt have to worry about not being able to help our fur baby. The insurance was all preapproved by the time Honey needed anything extra from the vet. This was a life saver and such a stress free process in regard to the money side of things while trying to care for a new born and transition to going back to work full time. Thank you Bow Wow Meow

The quote system is easy to use but gets confusing if you can't find the country you intend to travel to. As an example, there are many countries throughout Europe but I was not clear if I just chose Europe. Northern Ireland is another example.

They force you to do everything via the app, but the app does not work all the time. So you cannot always make claims.

Overall, this company is an absolutely disgrace and best avoided.

covered non conflict injuries. There are not many companies that do so, so the extra cost was acceptable.

We were travelling from Iceland to Greenland when the plane aborted due to technical issues.

The claim was for a connecting ferry in Greenland, and the transfer to it (via a small boat). Total claim was $2634.10.

It was paid out in full, no questions asked. The payment was timely, being only 2 weeks post the claim. I had paid $2000 insurance for a 3 month trip.

Cannot but be happy.

the insurance when I left as I felt there was an issue if they were asking for more money after I had paid and had received documents! I had to go with another company just as I was departing which was inconvenient! But I have to say their customer service was excellent! And they have said they will refund my money! Something they need to sort for sure! But thank them for their apology and quick response while on holiday already!

Thia was my first claim through integerity warranty company. That was amazing through the whole process. Mechanic directly put the claimto the company and they fixed it within a day. Unbelievable, very happy with the customer service.

Totally hopeless service. The worst. Penny pinching after 30 years of paying them. 5,000 excess and no replacement, only repair for a duckboard. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

weekends. I guess their medical emergency line would be different, but I dont know. I logged in to extend online, and it said, sorry this function is temporarily out of function, I called, but no one working weekends. Pretty poor form for a travel company. on this alone, im never using again. why would I? get a company that cares enough to have someone available to fix stuff on the weekend, or to have their website up and running, or even have one of those question things on the website that is attended by a human that can help.

spot and after sumbmitting a claim with all the correct paperwork with rentalcover.com over 3 months ago I have not heard anything other than they are reviewing the claim. I have followed up multiple times. No response. There is not a number to phone. I am yet to speak to a human even after requesting to talk to someone to resolve the claim multiple times. Do not use!!! Poor to no communication. I am in the process of reporting them to the ACCC.
