anytime you are not on an open road so driving around town is maddening because if the noise you can hear. At first I thought someone had left something in the roof and it was sliding across everytime I was slowing down. Mercedes have been No help at all, ignoring emails and messages and when they finally did answer my complaints, I was told they knew about this fault and it was part of the operation of the vehicle!!! This will be the last Mercedes I will ever own after the way they have dealt or should I say their lack of dealing with a legitimate complaint to a vehicle that shouldn’t have passed through the assembly line!
