slowing down. Mercedes have been No help at all, ignoring emails and messages and when they finally did answer my complaints, I was told they knew about this fault and it was part of the operation of the vehicle!!! This will be the last Mercedes I will ever own after the way they have dealt or should I say their lack of dealing with a legitimate complaint to a vehicle that shouldn’t have passed through the assembly line!
