clearing caches and the usual list of 'suggested 'fixes' led to sheer frustration. Total rubbish product not worth the grief. I should have been suspicious when I couldn't find any clear 'Made in ????' marker....(but I'll assume they're made in China), then there were all the poor reviews with exact same problem and then the pages in the instructions dedicated to 'problems' and 'Having Trouble?' There are other better products and even my old wired earbuds came to the rescue.
