the theme through their account, I faced further complications when the theme was never properly transferred or licensed to our Shopify account. Communication was poor, and I was misled about the transfer process, which was later revealed to be impossible due to Shopify's licensing policies—a critical detail that should have been communicated upfront.

Ultimately, after months of back-and-forth and escalating the issue, I had to seek legal advice to recover the funds. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience, with 23 Digital failing to honour their commitments, provide transparent communication, or resolve the issue in a timely manner. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

23Digital were happy to promise all the things we needed for our website. We were on the highest (I repeat highest) tier of a contract for web development. All in all it was promised to be a huge improvement on what we had, and we paid accordingly- even too much considering what we were looking to achieve. What followed were the worst months of our businesses life, thanks to the complete

Initially, there were lots of meetings regarding the requirements. That OK, it is intended to get everyone on the same page. It became disturbing when it became more and more obvious that everything needed to be coordinated by us. If we didn't contact them regarding the web development- nothing would have ever happened. There were months of this, before agreed upon designs had been drawn up, and requirements and "development points" were confirmed. It had to be the most unnecessary and drawn out processes, to the point it was becoming obvious they wanted to run down the clock on our contract.

Then came the "development stage". It took us up to 8months just to get the demo version of our website. The design itself was recycled with a new font from our previous website, and frankly ugly. It took another 2 months just to get the design up to a suitable scratch, and money on getting a designer to make the design of the website to a standard.

Most shockingly, even after all the meetings and time that had lapsed- almost all if not all of the features that we asked for, were not there. This was after $30k+ of our contract at 8 months (more if you include our SEO package).

The reason I am here, is because we originally signed the contract because we were told a feature that we were looking for on our new website- was not included in the demo. After asking how this was missed, they did not give me reason. This was also after we had switched project manager to a new person, a person higher up, thus to give me the illusion our problems would be fixed.

And toward the end of our contract after 11months, $40k ($65k+ all together), with this hugely important feature still not added, and another attempt to delay the project, a price and a condition was given to us in order to have the feature added...

They wanted us to sign a contract extension and make us pay for it.

spelling blotches wich was build from poor [Content Removed] operation.

They guaranteed it would be finished in 6 two months and it took more like 3 months, after I saw the site and educated them how I believed, I requested that I needed a portion of my store back (I had put a $9,000 store) they dint even consider it and turned extremely discourteous, then I get a call seven days after the fact saying they required my ABN to close my record and discount my cash, off kilter I dint trust them, and asked that they express that in an email so I would have confirmation, he answered no issue, it's been more than about a month at this point and haven't heard a word from [Names Removed].

Remain safe and stay away from these [Content Removed] folks! And [Content Removed] company 23 Digital.

RUDE MARKETING SERVICE – 23 Digital cold called me repeatedly. So I answered the call them they are rude and hang up. RUDE! If this is how they interact with potential customers....don't use them. Don't use them!!!!! Just Rude

Best SEO Agency Experience in Melbourne – After trying multiple SEO agencies, I was hesitant to give 23 Digital a shot. It took about 4 months for them to deliver results but it was worth it. I was happy with the results I got during the lockdown period and most importantly the communication was excellent.

Appalling customer service, website full of errors and after 15 months still not completely fixed. Calls and emails are not returned and no updates are given on works in progress. It initially took 5 months for the website to go live and was full of errors and sections of the website were non-functional. Currently in dispute, legal action pending.
