a quote where the response time was abysmal. I just brushed it off as them being busy. After asking for the make and model of my computer, doesn’t reply and only views my message for the next almost 24hrs. I text again, no reply, so i call up customer support. The only good thing about this service is their customer support, they respond so quickly and contacted my technician to reply to me. Then came the day they took my pc to inspect. He told me he would come early morning. Dude came in an uber at 11am and didn’t ring my doorbell or anything and stood outside for probably like 20-30 minutes. Heard a rustle so i came out to check to see him standing there, gave him my pc, power cord and hdmi cable. He proceeded to start walking away with my pc to what i assumed to be like another uber waiting. However he did not get in another uber, it looked like he just walked all the way to the station with my pc which is 15-20 minutes away from my house. Took my pc for about til the next day for him to inspect the problem, repaired it about the day after and got it back then. Then different problems started when i got my pc back, he reset my whole pc without telling me. Luckily i had already transferred a couple files over to a usb, and then apps and games would run slower than usual until finally, i wasn’t able to sign into my computer anymore. Contacted him again to say it wasn’t fixed and a different problems started occurring, again he didn’t respond and only responded after i contacted customer support. Different technician contacted me saying he would come Friday 9-10am to inspect however Friday came and no one came by. Then he contacted me later saying there were delays and would come next Monday or Tuesday. Now i’m in the process of waiting for them to fix this problem. I recommend you go to a different service, or the specific area mine is in is just horrible. Right now it seems like $500 down the drain for me, don’t make the same mistake.

reply on a Sunday, but not only did they respond in under an hour, they helped me sort out a very complex migration from my old hosting provider.
My old host had me offline for 6 weeks and I was beyond frustrated. DreamIT Host stepped in, worked through the issues with me, and got everything running again.
Fast replies, knowledgeable support, and they actually cared about fixing the problem instead of passing me around in circles. Highly recommend them if you want hosting with real customer service.

then extended the period to 3 years with great sounding offers. BIG MISTAKE. I've gone from a trouble-free VPN experience to one continually dogged with problems. Unless I am trying to gain access it a particular country, I usually link to my closest server (Melbourne) but I am regularly identified as being elsewhere in the world (usually Singapore). Randomly my access to my mail server is blocked, despite putting in exception rules. Many other sites block me unless I pause the VPN. The connection will regularly slow down to a crawl for no apparent reason. Exiting from Surfshark will often completely stuff up internet access. Some of these problems have reduced as the worked on their product, but overall this has been a very disappointing experience.

Go to update my website today and find the wysiwyg editor has been 'deprecated'. I am told to go and see a web developer. I am quite capable of managing the html for my basic website, it just takes longer.
There was absolutely no communication about this feature being deprecated and I had to spend an hour with chat support to be told.

errors: sometimes the upload box will simply disappear on you, requiring you to refresh the application page, losing everything else you've put in; sometimes, a drop-down will simply inform you the code string for it isn't valid. Snug will sometimes ask for tedious doubling up, like wanting rental ledgers both in the 'Other Documents', yet also to re-upload it to attach to each property you've ever lived in - or by asking you to fill in your current address details in the application, and also on your profile. It features a pointless 'match metric' that seems to only care that there's more information, not what that information actually is.
The amount of extra stress this has added to my application for a potential home has ensured I will simply not apply with anywhere that uses Snug as their application method. If it isn't redoing applications because the site's bugged, it's being spammed emails. Even my landlord was being pestered by them. Don't trust any good reviews you see of this enterprise.
If you are a real estate company, or a private rental provider, I would strongly recommend avoiding Snug - you will miss out on good tenants who simply will not jump through the hoops this site requires that others simply don't. Other rental application sites are simply more competent and less invasive than Snug. One star because I cannot give it any lower.
