over the last 6-12 months. Tried several times to cancel and during the period they still billed us. I eventually succeeded in cancelling in August. I then refused initially to pay the subsequent bills. Last week after much harassment from Thryv I paid the outstanding bills just to get rid of them hassling me. I then get an email saying that they have decided to credit my account which I have cancelled two months after my first request. I asked for a refund as I did not want to reopen my account. They refused. This has been the worst experience I have had in my business career and can not recommend this company to do business with. Moira was a joy to work with as she assisted me - ensuring my website was set up, answering all of my questions quickly and being incredibly responsive when I asked for a change to my website or needed another type of help.

I have heard that some competitors of Click Start Digital set up your website and leave you to work it out – that is not my experience with Click Start Digital. Just one of the reasons I chose to buy a Click Start Digital package is that in my research as to which company I would pay to help me set up my ecommerce business, the Click Start Digital founder Samantha and the team came across as highly organised and with a broad knowledge of how to set up and run an ecommerce business. Once I was working with them this was absolutely the case. The staff are also incredibly professional and measured. I felt that Moira guided me through the process from a customer-led perspective – being there to assist me whenever I needed it and supporting my choices.

The staff at Click Start Digital either have in the past or are currently running their own ecommerce businesses and I cannot count how many times one of them has made a fantastic suggestion for my specific website or the general running of my business on top of what they teach in their comprehensive training. Also the Shopify training from Rebecca and the social media training from another Rebecca has been everything you would want to enable you to run your ecommerce business. Yes you have your training as part of your package with Click Start Digital - but it is the level of accessibility to staff who have specialist knowledge in all areas of ecommerce which made the price of the package excellent value for me.

You know how things could be like that, they try to push something and sell you something really quickly. After Brian had listened to my conversation about my background and what I do. Brian took us a few steps back and said it’s fantastic. You do, but our platform probably wouldn’t work perfectly for what you do. Why I say that is because of number one, the authenticity from the moment I saw their video on Facebook to speaking with Brian and he continued the authenticity. Also, the competent confidence that you can feel from their video and also the competent confidence that I felt from Brian as I was speaking to him. Not only did he not try to sell me and not only did he say it probably wouldn’t be the best fit for him, he went out of his way to positively encourage certain directions that I was going already. That is one thing very hard to find in today’s world of companies, reaching down to help lift you up! If you’re looking for a platform to build your business and get support when you know somebody has your back, I would highly suggest giving them a call. And I’m not even going with my company with them because it’s not the right fit, but maybe yours is and if it is, you’ll be making the right decision. fine, so I purchased a second CGM to get 30days of continuous data. A couple of days later I started having issues with the app syncing data from Sibionics- which I reported through the app several times. After not hearing back I decided to contact them via their website, they were quick to respond and after a few days and emails they let me know that the issue was in fact with the Sibionics app not sending data to Vively and pretty much said the issue is resolved. By this time, my CGM had expired and since I had been experiencing issues with the app I had not been logging my meals and exercise. I requested they send me a replacement CGM, so that I could restart my 30 days again but they let me know they were only able to provide a replacement when the sensor itself has been confirmed to be faulty and since the issue identified related to data syncing rather than a confirmed faulty sensor, they were unable to send an additional sensor. That’s a pretty poor policy as I paid for a product and service which only worked for part of the time. The tech issues have also delayed me from receiving treatment, as I’ve been holding off from seeing my naturopath until I have the continuous 30 days data. In the meantime, I’m stuck with a dodgy app and a brand new CGM still boxes up.
