reply on a Sunday, but not only did they respond in under an hour, they helped me sort out a very complex migration from my old hosting provider.
My old host had me offline for 6 weeks and I was beyond frustrated. DreamIT Host stepped in, worked through the issues with me, and got everything running again.
Fast replies, knowledgeable support, and they actually cared about fixing the problem instead of passing me around in circles. Highly recommend them if you want hosting with real customer service.

access to the service nor be able to afford the renewal of this month's subscriptions and wanted to cancel my subscription. I was charged anyway and reached out IMMEDIATELY to surfshark for them to kindly review my case but was met with a complete shut down and rejection without any form of empathy or attempt to understand. Kept saying that they can't go against their ToS, which I can understand but their ToS states that they may consider refunds beyond the 30 day period. Ridiculous. It's so heartbreaking as a loyal customer and someone who has trusted surfshark for a while now. Feels like they just want to take your money regardless of your situation. I literally CANNOT use the service but they will not even try to understand. I understand the policies but this was just such a horrible experience I couldn't bring myself to come back to them even if i could.

blood glucose was over 9 mmol/L when checked at Noosa Hospital Emergency Department. The false readings caused significant stress, repeated alarms, and led me to increase my food intake unnecessarily.
What disappointed me most was not only the faulty sensors but also the replacement process. After experiencing two failures, I was required to provide serial numbers, screenshots, and extensive documentation before a replacement would even be considered. As a customer, I felt the burden of proving the fault was placed entirely on me.
How the company could improve:
* Streamline the replacement process for customers experiencing obvious sensor failures. * Provide better customer support when inaccurate readings result in medical concerns. * Improve quality control to reduce the number of faulty sensors reaching customers. * Recognise that customers’ time and wellbeing are important, especially when product failures cause significant stress.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase this product again and would encourage anyone using a continuous glucose monitor to verify unexpected readings with a finger-prick test before taking action.
