Wrecked my walls. A nail works better.
Ripped the paint and plaster off my walls when removed. Absolutely disgusted by this product as it does the opposite of what it advertises. Should be removed from the market place. It's easier to patch up a hole from a nail. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute garbage
I've unfortunately used these products before and thought that I would have learn my lesson back then but decided to see if they had improved somewhat, big mistake, even the lightest picture with fall off the wall even after following all the directions. DO NOT USE THESE USELESS THINGS IF YOU VALUE YOUR ARTWORK.
Absolute crap
Absolute crap! I have complained numerous times about your products, to be told I got a faulty batch !
The amount of damage to walls and my personal belongings that can be replaced have destroyed and dont care ! Look at the crap reviews you have and maybe fix your products instead of ripping people off who are putting their trust in you to long after their personal items. All about dollars to your company, not about the people who support you. You should be disgusted with your products.
Damaged my newly (6 months) painted wall.
Put a small plastic wreath on the wall last Christmas with a light weight Command hook. After Christmas attempted to remove the hook. It had adhered so strongly I had to use 2 hands. I kept stopping each time it started to give so as not to damage the wall. After approximately 15 mins of stopping and starting, and a cramping hand, it suddenly gave way pulling the paint and paper layer of plasterboard off the wall. I purchased a bulk lot so now I'm using them up inside cupboard doors or on surfaces that they can't damage.

Waste of money
Have wasted so much money on this product not to mention the countless breakages of pictures ,ornaments ,plaster damage etc . Tried to email with no luck

have bought many packs of Large kits to hold 7.2kg,
Your advertising states Removes Cleanly, No Marks, Holds Strongly. What utter rubbish!
I have several examples of pictures well under the weight specified, falling off walls and
damaging the frames and in 2 instances they have fallen on guitars damaging them. As for
removing cleanly, No matter how softly we try to remove the sticky mess the paint peels off
with the stickers, meaning we have to repaint walls. Your product is a sham and clearly
does not meet the brief you claim. Needless to say I will never buy or recommend this
product again.

quality is no longer there. Epic fail!
We have been using these hooks for many years without a problem. Have moved homes and brought new hooks. What a disaster! None of them will hold and stick. No matter what you hang on them. I will never ever be buying this product again.

Worst product do not buy
There is a reason there 1 star rating has such low reviews. Worst product! Damages the walls, broke our frames that were not cheap and the technical manager resolution was to send us a video of how to install. I DONT WANT A VIDEO I WANT A PRODUCT THAT WORKS. Lucky no one was injured

DO NOT BUY! Command hooks don't stick, they suck!
Used command on my wall, when I took it off carefully following instructions it took a large chunk of paint off my wall. Purposely bought this so I wouldn't need to damage my walls. Would have preferred a nail hole than paint off my wall.

If you value your wall treatment, DO NOT YSE THESE. I prepped the surface as directed. I removed the product as directed. Now I have a huge chunk of paint missing from my wall. Absolutely does not live up to their claims.

Absolute Rubbish
Within 10 days picture had fallen off wall, Removing sticky pad gas completely damaged my wall. Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money. Brought a heap all different sizes. Stuck on many dofferent walls. Way over sizes to hold very light weight pictures. Ina. Space of a week every single picture had fallen of the wall.
Do not waste your money. Complete useless crap.
Just rubbish
Do not use these if you want to save yourself a lot of work. They end up damaging your plaster walls with either the sticky backing impossible to remove or ripping off the plaster while trying to remove them. Use good old fashioned nails. Can't believe they're allowed to sell such rubbish. Also , eventually the adhesive dries up and your item falls on the floor .

False advertising and dangerous
We have many of these picture hanging products in our house. They always peel the paint off the walls and removing them is dangerous… the plastic cut my hand when it came off the wall. I see them sold everywhere, strangely. Awful product.

Why would anyone use this Jumbo Hook to hang pictures when the pack states 'Not suitable for hanging framed pictures?
Why not purchase the Hangers or Picture Hanging Strips from the Command dedicated PICTURE & FRAME HANGING range?
Why doesn't Product Review make members abide by their own rules? None of these members have specified WHICH Command product was used and nobody should be using the Jumbo Hook pictured for hanging pictures, ever.
Every style I have used for differing things has had a failure. Every single style...!
I use them ALL over my house and have done for years, love them. So easy to use and can remove to rearrange pictures (don't use Command hooks for pictures) easily without putting holes in the wall. Use the right product for the task, follow all instructions, use rubbing alcohol to clean surfaces and enjoy.
I agree. If you use the right product for the job, read and follow the instructions, they work. It’s not hard people - follow the instructions
Why after having a picture hung for a few months does this come crashing off of the wall in the middle of the night?
Because 3m Command has two ranges, General Purpose/Utility and Picture & Frame Hanging. NONE of the Command General Purpose Hooks are intended for hanging pictures, see NOTE on all packaging which states: not intended for picture hanging. Instead use Command Picture Hanging Strips, Sawtooth or Wire-Backed Hangers.
It says holds 11.4 kg !! That is crap and Bad Advertising. Consumer Affairs should be Investigating
