3Shape Trios Scanner

Very poor customer care, purely money oriented, do not accept responsibility for their faulty products and do not care how your business can be compromised by their ignorance.

3Shape unite = poor integration with DTX – First scanner (Trios 3) had a black mark in the lens: could not calibrate. second scanner button did not work. Now on the 3rd scanner. The heat and pressure does breakdown the tips extremely quickly. At present 3Shape server does not connect with DTX core. Both companies explained it the other company's fault... now been 4 weeks. And Ivoclar, one of the distributors, is no help in sorting out the problem that 3Shape Unite does not make the location available for DTX to read the io scans.

absolutely horrible – absolutely horrible service. after 3 yrs broke and had to buy a refurbished one from them and had to send mine back otherwise they would charge me. I suppose the fix them then resell them. But service is absolutely horrible.

Bad camera tips – I purchased this dental scanner 3 years ago. Ever since I had problem of these tips cracking. Customer service and support is poor. I have used these tips with very carefully, and followed the instructions by the company. I believe the tips are made of poor quality material and design, not suitable for dental clinical use. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
