context for the event. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that the advertisements were repeated very frequently and almost always the same ones. I think we saw the same ads about 300 times over the 2 weeks!

I love channel 9 and watch it most of the time. I feel that The Adams family has been on long enough, the show has run through too many times. I would really love to see the Partridge Family in it's place. I grew up watching and loving this show and I'd love my kids to watch and experience The Partridge Family.

Absolutely the most terrible app. Constant buffering, resetting, black screens. Then theres the ads. Evening is spent trying to get into the app and the trying to watch a program of choice. I see this is an issue that spans years and I've no interest in fixing it.

The app constantly freezes, goes quiet and requires approximately 6-8 reboots during live NRL games.....it's rubbish and I have 3 different internet providers including starlink, so it has to be the app.

This is the worst so called streaming app. It doesn’t buffer correctly, the ads are out of date and repetitive and after 2 minutes of the show I got 3 1/2 minutes of ads.

I moved to 9 because 7 news was apalling. 9, not only do they have far to many ads, they are now advertising realestate and other non news events, just to make a $. You're making money on advertising, but for your advertisers to profit, you will need an audience. Cheers

Worst streaming app, period. If you like missing big chunks of the State of Origin because it keeps freezing for no reason, love not being able to pause etc, and prefer standard resolution over HD, then this is the app for you.

The app is absolute garbage for live sport. Constant stuttering, frame drops, buffering, and random quality loss. Trying to watch State of Origin on this feels like streaming through a potato. Meanwhile every other streaming service I use runs perfectly fine, even in 4K, so the issue clearly isn’t my internet. If you’re going to lock major sporting events behind your app, at least make the app functional.

right on the verge of deleting 9 from my menu on this issue for good. A channel that once had class has turned into a channel that now programs local smut with some announcements that has my grand kids in tears. I was surprised to learn via a casual conversation at my local that I was not alone here as others were also muting the disgusting announcements! This will be my last Communication with 9!

Frustration is an understatement trying to watch "Power", what an absolute joke of a streaming service, starts with an add, plays 30 seconds of the show 6 more adds show starts 3 seconds and drops out back to live TV. Restart show and repeat absolutely peed off glad I made it to the last episode no more Nine Now for me, should be called Nine later or Nine never wish I could give 0 stars or minus 10
