Frustration is an understatement trying to watch "Power", what an absolute joke of a streaming service, starts with an add, plays 30 seconds of the show 6 more adds show starts 3 seconds and drops out back to live TV. Restart show and repeat absolutely peed off glad I made it to the last episode no more Nine Now for me, should be called Nine later or Nine never wish I could give 0 stars or minus 10

Way too many ads. It's a real comedown after using abc iview and 7+. Don't ever dare to pause a show, you'll either have to search and start again or sit through another barrage of annoying ads with now way to tell how long they have to go.

Worst out of all streaming channels, you pause and walk away for 2mins and it glitches and goes back to beginning of the episode and then when you fast forward to get back to where you were it pends for minutes and then you have to watch another 4 adds. Worst streaming channel ever

Winter Olympics coverage was generally excellent. Unlike my review on 9Now for the Summer Olympics in 2024, 9Now has done a great job with the Winter Olympics. context for the event. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that the advertisements were repeated very frequently and almost always the same ones. I think we saw the same ads about 300 times over the 2 weeks!

I love channel 9 and watch it most of the time. I feel that The Adams family has been on long enough, the show has run through too many times. I would really love to see the Partridge Family in it's place. I grew up watching and loving this show and I'd love my kids to watch and experience The Partridge Family.

Totally positive television – Para Olympic trials, what a fabulous, educational program, totally inclusive, Australia could learn a lot from the coverage of the swimming trials and this is only day two completed. Congratulations channel 9 for the best program on any channel for a very long time

Absolute rubbish! Trying to watch resident alien season 4. What a joke. 6 adds in a row every few minutes, freezing and after watching maybe 5 minutes of one episode then freezing on the adds it then starts up again on the following episode! I wanted to throw the TV out the window but it's not the tv's fault. I'm really pi#@ed off right now! Useless. Totally. Efing. Useless!

Completely baffled. Really hoping they will fix this, cant rewind or fast foward without being put into ads constantly. Rarely stops and plays when at the right spot, usually skipping right to the end or back to the beginning.So disappointed that if wanting to stream a show I get 2x the length of show in ads especially if I try to fast forward which is near impossible to do. Completely wrecks the viewing experience.

It's a joke watching nine now. Program freezes all the time, they know there is problems and do nothing to improve. Watching married at first sight and this is definitely ground hog day - keep watching repeats 3 times , it is worse than 2025 season. Not impressed. I think they want people to go to stan but I won't be doing that. Extremely frustrating

Channel 9 News in Sydney at 6pm got it wrong agin ! The most important news of the day was about football. Come on we have wars going on people dying and you they wan to talk about football for what seemed to five to ten minutes and then talk about it again when it got to sport news. If I could rate the Nine Now app truthfully it would be -minus 5. The dropouts and difficulty in navigating are basic issues anyone with app creation skill 101 could resolve. It’s a joke that a national carrier can’t get beyond their own ego to provide a worthwhile service.

This is honestly so frustrating. Trying to rewind is impossible! It either takes forever to go back or skips half the episode. Then when I finally try to get back to where I was, it just throws me straight into ads again. So annoying. Do better, 9Now

Try streaming any show and skipping forward more than a few times — it jumps ahead by 30 minutes, and getting back to where you were takes ages. You can only rewind in tiny 10-second increments, and sometimes the app even forces you to watch ads while you’re just trying to find your spot. This isn’t new either. I stream the Today Show every morning, and it crashes at least once every time. It’s honestly ridiculous — the app feels broken beyond repair and really needs a complete rebuild.

Very disappointed, only channel 9 can charge Australian to watch Olympics. Olympics 2022 was free on channel 7 catch up, but this year you need to subscribe Stan. You only can see some highlights on Nine catch up TV.

This app is just so annoying and troublesome. You are constantly logged out and asked to login. Don’t bother watching anything on this channel. Way too many ads. Same ands over and over, every 4 minutes, 30secs to two minutes is terrible. Plus the streaming stops randomly.

Being a budget channel and don’t know people don’t want to listen to other music at fireworks time they wasn’t listen only fireworks sound only I don’t know what to say about them may be idiotic

I would give it ZERO if I could. Useless, up to rafters with ads. Constantly drops out. Waste of my time. When it drops out, you have to completely close the app down and start all over again. If it drops out during ads, then it will start the stream of ads again. Extremely annoying. I'd rather go back to DVD.

Useless! Just 90% ads before and during the content you actually want t o watch. Funnily the advertising was mostly for paramount which is sffliated with channel 10, so basically they are that desperate for advertising revenue that they advertise for their direct competition. The content is very poor and trashy....I just wanted to watch one TV series which I gave up on.

What is the point?, it seems there is just as much AD time as program time, pity...it would be great to watch some of their programs, but life is to short for blocks of 5 ads every six minutes. Hadn't been using 9now much, but after this effort I will NEVER watch 9now again have renamed it 9never
