I purchased ottoman, it was as described and better than I expected. Blake was very friendly and willing to help with my order. The goods were dispatched the same day and I received it 4 days later in Sydney. Well done Abide. I would buy again from them.

Nervously purchased a 3m long buffet online. It arrived without any fuss, abide even tried sourcing a cheaper freight option for me and then gave me a discount due to the high expense of freight. Item arrived perfect safe and so well packaged. I absolutely love it and Katie and her manager were so lovely to deal with. So nice to know you can still buy safely online with SOME Australian companies. Thanks!!

store straight away who told me they would not be able to help me because I purchased through Freedom. It has been two weeks and Freedom Furniture have not been able to successful get Abide Interiors to rectify and replace the damaged items (I asked for four replacement handles, not an entire new buffet). Spending $4,000 on a buffet with cheap metal that is completely damaged and unsightly on deliver is extremely disappointing and I would encourage everyone not to purchase from here without viewing the product first, as they most certainly do not view products before they ship them, nor care to replace damage and faulty products.

Great experience – Purchased a coffee table online. I took a risk ordering online and luckily Everything went smoothly and I just love the coffee table. The delivery guy was lovely. I emailed abide asking how to care for the surface and they got back to me in a day.

Beautiful furniture pieces – I've purchased 3 things from Abide now. A king bed and 2 entertainment units. Every piece is absolutely gorgeous and Amanda's customer service was outstanding every time! If your looking for unique pieces, I highly recommend!

Product doesnt match and APPALING AND DODGY CUSTOMER SERVICE – Purchased a castaway bed as i fell in love with the style, sadly it arrived with a big hole/chip on the mesh part top front of the headboard and a huge dent in the middle of the board , i took photos and sent to abide interiors , to my surprise one of their staff member responded to me saying the hole and dent is not considered faulty or… Read more

defect or anything at all as it passes their quality check. I explained to him that the hole/chip was on top of the headboard and was fully visible to the eye and would eventually get worst as the mesh was already damaged but he insisted it wasnt a big deal as it complies with the company quality check. I ended up returning the bed and getting charged for their pick up service fee $280 . After a few months I decided to purchase the same bed again in the hope i would get a good one this time , the same man called me straight after i had put an order through and said " Are you happy for us to send you the same bed you had returned to us a few months ago ?"..adding to that ,he also said we wont be accepting any returned if you agree! I couldnt beleive this... I told him i put an order for a new bed not a faulty bed that i had returned to you months ago ( 4 MONTHS AGO). He really didnt give me a good explanation as to why he was wanting to send me the same bed i returned due to damage and the way he conducted was very unprofessional as he chose to call me rather than to email me of his intent so i didnt have a record , was very obvious.... I even suggested to collect the bed from their warehouse and to do a full check of the product then and their to make sure there was no issues, but he disagreed to that idea and instead he said i wasnt allowed to check the product in their warehouse so its taking a chance...I mean of course i wont buy from them now but the unethical conduct of this company should be investigated

Disappointing service all round – I have had a very disappointing experience with Abide Interiors. those. The table was delivered without legs. The table was incorrect. I had to wait for another couple of weeks for the correct table.

The box finally arrived and it was covered in bird poo. This was left in my dining area which had recently been renovated and I have small children. I sent a photo to Abide who were mortified and blamed their courier who must have left it under a tree. I am not talking poo here and there, I'm talking covered in poo.

Needless to say we set it up and were happy with it and looking for chairs elsewhere.

After a few weeks, the table became extremely stained. Being brought up with antique dealer and builder parents, I have always been diligent and respectful in caring for my furniture pieces.

I have emailed Abide Interiors twice (months ago) as I went straight to the manufacturer who said I should have received a sealant for the table. My carpenter neighbour has checked it and agrees there is no sealant on the elkstone...

No response from Abide and am now left with an almost $3000 table covered in stains.

Abide don't respond to email request on delivery date and their phone number doesn't work – I have sent several emails to Abide requesting details of delivery date for furniture ordered on the 4 Nov. They do not reply.

Sabai bar stool and handling of complaint – Bought stools in dec 17. Currently retail for $699 a pop. Delivered in January 18. Already falling apart. The cardboard and metal are showing and get caught on clothes. Abide say its normal wear and tear - and therefore not covered under a two year warranty.
