March for a delivery that never arrives, yes use Snooze Tweed Heads. I have 3/4 of my online order, told it will be 3-4 weeks, then 5-6, then next week, and next week. No phone calls to advise on delivery. Radio silence. Oh and if you go to Snooze like I did last week asking in person where my delivery was, the store looks like it's in receivership. No mattresses on demo beds, no linen either. I am now contacting customer service in Melbourne but even they can't give a straight answer. Guess I will be loosing my money, yet I may get a free pillow or lamp for the inconvenience caused!!

I received an email from Jason Wu advising me that he would order the replacement faulty parts to be sent to the technician and once the parts were received a service call would be arranged. On Monday 29th June the technician attended and replaced the faulty parts. His name was Carl and my wife told me he was a most courteous polite gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. He even took off his shoes at the front door even though I had laid drop sheets on the carpet. He took his time to explain to my wife the reason for the fault as well as a couple of handy tips should it happen again. As was the case when we purchased our lounge all persons from the Store Manager, Customer Service to the Technician treated us with respect and courtesy. offers a 1-year warranty on this panel, while many other companies, including Kings, offer 2 years, and Renogy offers 3 years.

My panel failed just after the warranty expired. To their credit, they agreed to replace it with a product review model, but unfortunately that replacement was dead on arrival.

What worries me most is that I also have two of their 160Ah lithium batteries installed in the back of my vehicle, and I’m now left wondering how long they’ll last.

I fell for the iTech marketing and hype. Based on my personal experience, I won’t be buying their products again. The products are manufactured in China, the warranties are poor compared to many competitors, and my experience with reliability has been very disappointing.

I now use my $800 300W panel to hold up the 300w to get the best amps. It’s an expensive stand but works great. Highly recommend the 300W panel as a Kings stand, works great. Thanks Itech

complaint, but I didn’t get the outcome I was hoping for. Even worse, I felt like I was treated poorly throughout the process.

I specifically asked to speak with Helen because I had dealt with her before and knew how professional and helpful she was. Unfortunately, that request was denied.

Thankfully, my case was eventually passed on to Helen. As soon as she reviewed the previous messages, she called me immediately and sincerely apologised for mistakes that weren’t even hers.

She resolved every issue quickly and professionally, completely turning my experience around. Helen is absolutely brilliant and a true asset to the company. Her exceptional customer service is the reason I’m giving this review a positive rating.

Easy to find the product I wanted, very quick delivery. Has a small issue with pricing, phoned the call centre, the staff member was very helpful and courteous and fixed the problem immediately. Well done, you've got a customer for life.
