waited months for the couch to arrive before accepting delivery of the bedside tables, only to then be charged a second delivery fee anyway. I tried to discuss the reduced delivery fee that had been mentioned to us over the phone, however because this was never confirmed by email there was apparently no record of it.

Leaving all of the packaging behind after delivery was also pretty poor given the cost of delivery and the so-called “white glove service”.

Unfortunately, the whole delivery debacle means we are unlikely to purchase from Nick Scali again.

they never arrived becouse of Covid then after Covid they sent a technician to fix a frame I told him they didn’t send the seats he said he will put in the report waited never arrived my wife called them twice nothing happened. And I have a email from them that’s says they will replace them .then warranty ran out . They said it’s our fault for not keep chasing them I said we called twice they didn’t care so be careful don’t trust them . They just take your money then bye bye

Terribly quality, terrible service and blinds where 6mm smaller then ordered. Whole website is ran by AI which makes it extremely frustrating. Humans that work here also have no interest in resolving issues they created.

put in our order. Waiting time was very good. Not too long at all. Installation day arrived. We had no idea that the installation looks nothing like the pictures we saw of batteries. We were also advised we needed a canopy as house faces north. This was not discussed previously. I realise there are safety issues involved but the stickers on the wall at the front of our house are not very attractive at all, again not explained to us before installation. It has now been 3 weeks since installation and battery seems to be working well. We will find out when our bills arrive. We have also been waiting now for nearly 3 weeks to have the packing rubbish removed. We were advised at installation it would be picked up in a couple of days. After numerous phone calls and emails, I have been told yesterday it will be picked up next week. I certainly hope so.

Pool Supplies. So I rang him to see if I could purchase the left side directional control seprately. Craig informed me they were available for about $69 but then checked my file and saw that I had purchased the tune up kit within the last 12 months so informed me it was still under warranty and informed me that he would contact Zodiac and arrange for a new controller to be sent to me ASAP. He could have easily sold me a new unit but he went the extra mile which I reckon is absolutely fantastic. Too be honest I think Craigs smart because I wouldnt buy my pool equipment anywhere else !!!!!!

About 6 weeks later i started getting bad back pain, so got weekly physio, nothing changed. 6 months later i added chiro treatments. Absolutely nothing helped, every morning i woke up in so much pain.

I started to notice the mattress going very lumpy, the memory foam wasn't re rising at all. Even when going on holidays for 2 weeks, it was still lumpy.

So i rung focus furniture and told them what was happening, they gave me a contact number to ring customer care.

Omg was the gentleman rude, he couldn't care less and was very dismissive.

Kept saying it was normal for mattress to dip and just to keep rotating the mattress (which weights a tonne) and that its all my fault that i don't do it properly.

Its suppose to have 10 years warranty :(

And yes, i rotated the mattress regularly and also i am a fit, healthy, 62kg female.

Then i started kinesiology treatment and pilates twice a week, still nothing helped.

Fast forward 2 years later its still just as bad.

I definitely need a new mattress theres nothing left to try, but which one?

I don't want to waste more money.

I know one thing is for sure, i will NOT be buying another one through focus on furniture because of the nasty after care service

Bought my replacement laundry sheets which I absolutely would not change to anything different now and received free dish cloths which I also highly recommend!

He put protective coverings on anything near the installation, installed the shutters which fit perfectly, and then cleaned up the area so you wouldn't have known he had been there.
