cover any accidental damage to the couch for 5 years from date of delivery. 

We tried to submit a claim a couple of weeks back, and we were told we are only allowed to make a claim once for the duration of the warranty. We were not aware of this clause, and it was not mentioned to us when we purchased the product. Therefore I believe this store is being dishonest in it's selling practices. I would not have purchased the Plush Shield warranty had I been told it would only be one claim for the duration of the warranty. 

I called their head office and was able to resolve the dispute with their head office. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, I was told a manager was unavailable and will call me back in 5 days. A call that never happened.

Very happy with the delivery service on Thursday. The guys were professional, quick and polite, and they handled my sofa with great care. Everything went smoothly, and I really appreciated how gentle and careful they were. Excellent service!

you this sas the BEST $2000 I HAVE EVER SPENT! I put it together on my new decking, I filled it up turned the heater on and it reached 39.5° in about 18 hours. My mrs and I got in around 6:45pm and it was perfect! The directional water jets are so strong! We tested the 120 water bubbles from below and they were so nice n refreshing too. We played around with tbe LED lights and left it on bright white setting. We must of spent a hood hour in the water and the water temp went down 1.5° (we turned the heater off when we got in) my mrs got out and i stayed in for abit longer, After closing the lid for the night. I got up to go to work at 3am this morning and I checked it the water only dropped by 3° it was still at 35° woser! This Spa is so insulated it is unbelievable!

I have been with clean and clear water many years. The service is good. And we always use the water for cooking.

Bed is good for price except for its terrible design of having nothing to stop the mattress from sliding off the frame and its s#!t me who designs this stuff

great price, so i grabbed the duo starter kit. I wasn't expecting to actually use the soap refills, but when i opened the tin they smelt so good i had to try it out. I have the Vanilla, coconut and chai in my bathroom, and it not only smells divine but feels luxurious on my hands with a lovely moisturising effect. I'm hooked and plan on trying the bodywash and cleaning products next. 10/10 Definitely recommend!
