Waste of money – Have found these scales to be very unreliable. The batteries don't last and the measurement is variable. I checked them against the old fashioned balance scales and they read differently each time. Finally today they would not turn on to "0" but only "un5t". I can find nothing about this code in the instructions so they are on the scrap heap!

Don't buy Crap – These are RUBBISH / CRAP drains the battery Cant get it to go to 000 they are turning on and off on there own Go figure!!!!! Waste of money .

Nope. Don't buy these scales – Same as the other reviews. The scale turns on by itself and drains the batteries. The buttons are also very sensitive and have to keep pressing them when weighing items which is annoying. Took it back to the shop they told me it was fine and to buy new batteries, which I had already done. The scales have lasted less than a year and now will send them off to electronic recycling. Waste of 50 bucks.

Why have scales that keep the time? – The scales would be fine without the time keeping - using up battery. Since when do scales need to act like a clock! Would have to continuously. lift batteries to stop time keeping.

Same as the others – Buttons lasted a few months only. Could not get the units to change. Chews up batteries like nothing I have ever seen. Waste of money unfortunately. Do not touch it with a 10 foot barge pole. I have not used anything else from this brand but I am very wary now as these were not "cheap" scales by any sstretch. Nothing Appalling quality

Rubbish product – The buttons stop working after a while, there's a delayed response from buttons and it's accuracy can be a bit off. It's got a three year warranty supposedly but the company expect you to post it back to them (who would do that for a $30 scale?) Total waste of time and money, do not buy.

Terrible – I do not recommend buying this product - i have only used mine a few times and now i cant press the buttons at all - it is so delayed that the settings change whilst sitting on the bench or you cant turn the setting back to zero. Completely hopeless - drains battery fast – I use mine every one or two days and they drain the battery within the month - and costs $10 a time to replace! I thought the set I got were faulty and the store replaced them - but the new ones did the same thing! Eventually they sent them back to the manufacturer, who deemed this to be normal and acceptable. that the buttons are overly sensitive and they turn on while sitting in the cupboard - they do it when they are sitting on my bench, turn themselves on and off all the time. The staff at the store I bought them from agreed that they are hopeless and they suggested that I should remove the battery each time I use them, but said that they don't use this type of scale because they drain batteries badly. Strangely, the low battery signal doesn't show - it just gets really frustrating to use because the buttons do not work, or sometimes work in 15 second (literally) delay. Argh! Problem resolves once you feed in another $10 battery. If you are buying scales - I recommend getting ones that do not use the small lithium battery - get one that uses AA/AAA batteries. Overall, I have a $15 set from Kmart that outperform these hands down. Looks beautiful. Doesn't work after first month.
