Solar panels ratings and reality – Just received flexible/ not folding/ solar panel. Rated 250W, there is no current specs included. Panel brand Acemor, Tested in midday full sun short current 4.9A. Usable wattage under charging conditions would be about 35W. Don’t be surprised your battery wouldn’t be charged. This misleading presentation of the product is not uncommon, Be aware. But previously tested hundreds of panels, top brands are typically pretty close to specifications. Some are just waist of money.
