Hi, can you please advise what I need and how to correctly lubricate my action fitness treadmill? Where do I purchase what I need?

I have just bought a second hand Action T10 and there is power but the user face is not showing anything, the person I bought it off is now unavailable. Is it a dud?

Hi, we will have to refer you to our technical department to answer this as they will be able determine the state of the monitor through some simple checks - are you able to call 1800 46 50 70? good luck

what dose L5 PROBLEM MEAN

Hi Craig, Thank you for your enquiry. The Error Code list can be found in your manual. The Ls code means the Treadmill doesn’t receive the speed signal for 8 seconds. Advice would be to check over all wiring on the unit, make sure everything is plugged in properly. If you still have this error message after doing this, you will need a technician to check over the unit. You are welcome to Call 1800 46 50 70 to discuss. -The Action Team-

My Fitness Action T10 Treadmill is showing code L51, what's this mean please?

Hi Renee, thats one of our older treadmills, we havnt bought any in for at least 6 years,so you must have looked after it. Interestingly we have never had a L51 code previously, so am now investigating with the factory and will respond asap

Hi Renee think we have got the answer, could the code be LS1? and assuming it is, when you press the start button does the motor run ? either way you will need service either the "speed sensor" or the "controller" has failed. Once you have checked the above, contact our Service Centre toll free on 1800 465 070 and they will be able to assist with parts and service.
