Pooled Mortgage Fund – Regardless of the amount of money person invests with them.The Interest is paid each Quarter in arrears DO NOT Expect the money to be paid then They take 2-3 weeks to pay the interest Other organisations pay the interest by the due date,NOT 2-3 Weeks After the Due Date Pathetic
Hi Darryl, at no point have we claimed to pay distributions on the first day of a new quarter. We stipulate in the Information Memorandum and Product Disclosure Statement that it can take us up to 30 days to pay distributions, however, we generally only take around 2 weeks. This is because we need to calculate the return, have this approved by our Trustee and develop the quarterly report and distriution statements. We have paid distributions on time every quarter since our fund was started.
for starters,your Ceo( (Taylor) is EXTREMELY RUDE & this was Listed by myself approximately 6 months ago(Very Late,just like your Paying Interest Rates,all Other Financial companies do not have the same lame excuse as you state
