So again.. the Neo temperature control system unusable and can’t adjust the temperature at home..their server is down,their staff can’t get into their system to look at client problems. This was a big mistake buying their Aircon system..should have bought Daiken

Actron neo [Content Removed] – Absolutely garbage products. In 2023 it is shocking that this type of laggy unresponsive device they are selling to consumers. The neo controller is utterly useless, and 80% of the time it cannot be controlled by the app as the device keeps hanging on its own. Waste of money, wish i had gone with other brands
