So again.. the Neo temperature control system unusable and can’t adjust the temperature at home..their server is down,their staff can’t get into their system to look at client problems. This was a big mistake buying their Aircon system..should have bought Daiken

What does opted in mean…I have an account with Actron and no information received.. It’s the fact it continues to break down is the issue..not notification…

Actron neo [Content Removed] – Absolutely garbage products. In 2023 it is shocking that this type of laggy unresponsive device they are selling to consumers. The neo controller is utterly useless, and 80% of the time it cannot be controlled by the app as the device keeps hanging on its own. Waste of money, wish i had gone with other brands
