Called the help number and had to supply a video and description then takes 3-5 days for them to decide what to do! Can’t even take back to the store and return for a refund!! Does good for the price – These do fine for the price point. good entry level for sure. now I have the hang of what I need, I will be upgrading. Biggest complaints, which are easily overcome, but frustrating each time are, 1 - the latches are finicky, 2 - the battery compartment and battery removal is far more difficult than need be. otherwise, 5 days easy battery life, full SD cards with reasonable footage of game. Doesn’t record – Very disappointed Kings as it doesn’t even record which is literally the whole purpose of it. I have a 32gb sd card in and it’s empty so it’s not because of space. Show details

Kings Dashcam camera – Bought 2 for $75 both worked for a few months. Decided to pull the card out and watch some vids. Both cameras the same can't play the files on any video player. Total rubbish glad I didn't have an accident and need the files. Chucked both of them away. Trying to find a quality dashcam now. Show details

Kings Dashcamera images/movies do not work – I bought the Kings Dash-cam two for $79.90 After a week I pulled out the SD card to view the images/Clips . To my surprise the images don't work . I am unable to view any images. The SD card was tested in other equipment s like cameras and it works fine. We have now deduced its a hardware issue , that is the KINGS DASH CAM. One is still sealed in the box. I now plan to return both units. I would not advise/recommend these DashCams. Show details

Rubbish – Bought 2 and neither can even recognise SD card in unit. When plugged in to laptop the lappy recognises an sd card yet camera does not. Cannot format SD card in either camera as keeps saying "Memory Card Missing". Don't even waste your time with this product. Not only out of pocket for cameras and freight but for 2 SD Cards and 16 AA batteries which added nearly $100 of wasted money on these units. Never ever buy Kings products.  Show details

Adventure Kings full had action camera – I bought 2 of these cameras late last year and neither one will accept the ad card. Keeps coming up with card error. Is this a software error or something? And I can find my invoice which sucks!!!!  Show details

It does the job well for a cheap trail camera – I bought mine from someone who had purchased two on a deal from 4WD SupaCentre. It was still in its unopened box. Daytime photos are clear and not overexposed as some other reviews say, but daytime video has weird colours through it and could be a lot better (issue resolved now, see below). I would recommend this camera for nighttime use any day, and for the price ($89 new currently) it’s not too bad at all. I originally rated it 3/5 stars because I was having issues with the video quality, but that may have been due to the micro SD card not being the right type. Reducing the video resolution has sorted that out, and there really is nothing that I would complain about now. The detection setting I use is FAR (stated at 20m), but it really works at around 10m; more than adequate for most needs. I haven't had it set up out in the rain, so I can't vouch for how waterproof it might be, but in my experience water will find its way into virtually any container eventually, so don't expect it to be out there for a month in lousy weather and be bone dry inside. To sum it all up, if you're wanting a trail camera that doesn't cost an arm and a leg but still does a good job at capturing wildlife, prowling cats or even trespassers, this camera is well worth buying.

My Kings camera caught fire on first battery fitment – I bought two cameras in january. I loaded a full compliment of batteries Everready gold. I left camera off overnight on my bench, next morning no battery life, case had expanded, all batteries seriously expanded and burnt. taken of damage. My "Good" working camera has night vision reduced to a small circle and very dull. Tried recommended cures, new batteries different memory and re format, still same.

Cheap and unreliable - don't waste your money – Bought a year or so ago but this is the first time I've used. Photos are OK (none of the problems reported by others) but the video does not always work. videos have not recorded properly - image is frozen after a few seconds but timeline and sound continue to the end of the actual recording.

The camera is so small that it's very easy to get your fingers in the shot - selfie stick definitely needed to ensure cleaner shots.

I connected to a small selfie stick but the brass nut in the adapter came out after a few seconds rendering that mount useless. Luckily the camera only fell a meter or so onto grass.

Average – Poor quality photos during daylight. All washed out and overexposed. Date and time constantly reset, they work sometimes and then they just randomly stop working. Cheap product, wouldn’t recommend these to anyone. Show details

Overexposure a huge problem – Unless the camera is fully in the shade and pointing to the shade the photos are basically white. Looking through the camera it looks fine but all photos are overexposed and of no benefit. Show details

Cheap & unreliable – When Camera did work, it was ok. pic`s and videos are ok. Easy to operate & transfer data to computer. Problems, buttons would fail, unable to turn on, unable to navigate between functions, 2 units under warranty both, had same problems.  Show details
