Agrison tractor – I bought my 60hp boomer tractor from Agrison in 2015. I haven't had all that much go wrong with it. I've seen a lot of bad reviews on them but I must have been lucky, Yeah the quality has had a good run with their Boomer tractor the best but not that bad either. Yes definitely a bit back too front. I've just done a major service and a clutch adjustment but it's been OK for me. I would be interested if anyone else has
40 HP tractor - Problems with electrics but engine is ok – Had my 40 HP tractor for 9 years and still going but just. Can't find replacement oil filter as for some strange reason the motor will not get oil pressure with any other filter except the chinese one that came with the tractor which are expensive to buy. Engine and drive line still going ok but electrics died years ago. I just recharge the… Read more
battery every few months and changed the start operation to a couple of switches and gave up on the whacky fuse system and relays. I only use for light work though, moving and stacking hay bales. I use to use it for slashing but the slasher bought with the tractor is rubbish, broke a part in the gearbox and Agrison would not tell me where I could get parts for it. Bought a backhoe and hydraulic seals and hoses lasted about 2 years and was hard to get hose repairs or seals and hydraulic unit failed but Agrison did send me a new one but the whole unit had to be used lightly or would break down. Not worth buying really and certainly dont recommend.
To all that have a 40 hp agrison tractor beware – To all that have a 40 hp agrison tractor beware my tractor had only done 126 hours and on Sunday the 15/11/23 my tractor exploded into flames I just managed to get off it in time , not to mention had to change clutch after only 28 hours off use. Agrison ME2300 Excavator – I have a Agrison ME2300 Excavator, its been fantastic, 130 hours now, worked it so hard and hasn't missed a beat. Agrison useless, buy parts direct from China.
Worst scammers around – Track adjusters fell off mini digger first week. Agrison have been promising repair or refund for THREE YEARS still nothing. [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] are absolutely scumbags. Show details
Absolute rubbish service – No customer service skills at all . Never return phones or emails . No returned phone calls for spare parts department no-one seems to know anything the women was rude and arrogant. Zero action on my warranty claims, no returned message nor calls . Show details
Think twice – I was drawn in by the price, like most of us here. I had a main hydraulic pump failure at 34hrs, which took about 8 weeks for them to get the part to me. I have had lots of small issues which I managed to sort out myself (and save myself the stress of dealing with the rude staff). I have over 570hrs on the tractor now and considering the hard… Read more
abuse I put it through, it is (touch wood) holding together. I do quite often have to check for loose nuts and the steering pump has recently started weeping oil. Just approach with caution, as parts are hard to find in Australia.

It's not all bad – I feel sorry for all of these problems of others. Yes, the dealer was not receptive to some of the issues that came with my SH100 Ultra tractor. They were however all minor, loose bolts, loose hoses etc. I quickly realised I should forget about the dealer and treat it as a s/hand purchase. As has been said by others if I need any major parts in the future I will source from China, where they are still made in their thousands.
Happy with my G3 Ultra 60hp – Sorry to read all of the grief others have endured with their equipment. I've had my G3 Ultra 60hp since 2018 and have only clocked up around 170 hrs. It's been used for general farm use, with all sorts of attachments. The tractor hasn't missed a beat so far, so I might have been lucky. All these bad reviews do tend to make me a bit apprehensive, as I was considering trading up to the new 80hp Cab if and when they become available.
Agrison 60hp turbo diesel tractor – Bought this tractor 3 years ago now. Yes,,,communication is not their strong point. But...with an air con cabin, power steering,FEL, slasher and FOUR wheel drive and delivery to Tasmania for $30 grand? Hard to pass over when the same disguised as quality bluish chinese crap from others was 70k plus....without the FEL! Here's how it… Read more
went...whithin 1 hour of use all four tyres were flat. We have a noxious weed called Boxthorn which ruins your day if you step on it...it even flattens our Bobcat tyres...so no big deal...we fabricated SOLID steel spike wheels for it...fantastic.
I hour later...oh oh....all the fuel leaked out all over the paddock. Turns out the fuel line from the filter to the motor is just poly...not proper fuel line....mehhhh...its chinese we have had chinese crap before...out cam a spare hose from the Magna rusting in the paddock...hasn't failed since.
A few days later won't start...battery dead...tractor took 3 months to get to aus...battery ruined in transit....didn't bother ringing Agrison....no vehicle manufacturer will ship for free to Tasmania....hello repco...$150 later all sorted...hasn't failed since.
Then....while slashing...hit a small rock...destroyed the support arm in the base...cheap sheet metal slasher...they said it was complimentary...yep....so we welded the crap out of it now it smashes rocks to pieces...fixed.
All the bits fitted by the local Agrison mob is crap...the rear camera is screwed down by an ambi-dyslexic clown who has no idea....we used proper length screws now it doesnt hit you on the head any more. The air con radiator held on with a piece of Meccano?...really agrison?...we fixed that in 10 minutes with a piece of aluminium RHS....it no longer fouls up with grass clippings.
Had to cut some longish grass (150 acres of it)...stopped for a few minutes and tractor was on fire!
Grabbed the fire extinguisher in the cabin...got a full 10 seconds out of it....piece of crap No heat shield around the turbocharger on hot exhaust...grass clippings ignited. Got fire out luckily...tractor now has 2 fire extinguishers to Aus standards.
Supercheap auto...heat shield...20 bucks and some stainless steel cable ties...fixed....
Overall? I have imported crap from China many times over the last 20 years and knew exactly what I was buying....basically cheap stuff that needs a bit of a fixup cause they always stuff up the details.
If you know what a posidrive screwdriver is and are a competent experienced farmer then you will have a win with an Agrison tractor. If you are a millenial with a hobby farm and think you can get an app or Youtube video to fix one of these then you are out of your element.
Whenever i need parts i do not call them...I go there and go out back with the service person and find what I need and usually get it...but then again I am 6 foot 2 and 100kgs.
If you want to spend 3 times as much get a John Deere....then watch what it costs when it breaks down just as often.......AND you need a laptop to diagnose it.
One of the attractions to me is that Agrison gear has no computers in it...its all old school stuff....no OBD port.
I cannot emphasise how significant that is.
Anyway....my tractor is on a remote island and is now reliable.

Where is Agrison – It seems that the Agrison web site is permanently "Under Construction" and the phone number is an answering machine. I looked up the address 2098 Hume Hwy, Campbellfield Victoria 3061 on Google Maps and there is no Agrison signage only one for AGCAB Portable Cabins. Change of business focus??????
This bloke should be put in prison, he's a con man and thief – ordered a hub, paid the $2000, never received the hub, only got nonsense excuses, he's a con man. Show details

Stay clear of them . Get what u pay for. Could improve with the things that are faulty but do not listen . – Best buy better quality and get back up service that's needed and parts. Plus would be better resale. Stay away from Chinese rubbish and Agrason not worth the stress

Hard lesson learnt for a 20 year old – I had a agrison 60 hp tractor. Oil leaks, no ac, engine blow up at 110 hours. No help no warranty no service. Five year of hell and $33,000 out of pocket. Send my agrison to the scrap yard. I would like to talk to anyone who has had a 60hp agrison tractor with problems. Show details
Broken front wheel rim – I have a 45hp Agrison tractor with FEL, front wheel rim broke completely off tractor at wheel studs. Called Agrison and paid $318.00 up front for new wheel rim, rim still has not arrived 4 months later ( Have paid someone to make me a new modified wheel rim in the meantime). Last spoke with Agrison 2 months ago they stated the rim was on its way,… Read more
have left several messages since and emailed but no one returns your calls. Never have i dealt with a company with such terrible after sales service
Agrison won't refund returned parts – For 12 months I have tried calling and emailing for a refund. They will not answer my calls or respond to my emails. Disgusted with this service. Show details
Yes it went BANG ! – Ive had ongoing problems with my Agrison tractor loader. The usual hydraulic leaks , no instruments working, wheel studs breaking,, seals gone in the back end filling up the gearbox, failed alternator etc. Most I have been able to repair myself. I learned early that you waste your time trying to get assistance or parts from Agrison. Yesterday… Read more
lots of smoke came from the exhaust, the engine started clattering and oil blew out of the oil filler and dip stick and it stopped. Diagnosis....TERMINAL Not worth repairing. At least I got 450 hours out of it which is a lot more than many.
Absolute rubbish – Working on a loader with 3500 hrs! Cracked wheels, hydraulic spools on lift and tilt do not neutralise, Engine blow by is huge, articulation pins and bush’s worn big time. Total rubbish!0 Show details
Do not buy from this company – Agrison does not back warranties, we have had nothing but trouble from this company. Our grader is still sitting out in the middle of the paddock. Worst company ever to do business with!
The after sales and warranty claim – I tried to make a warranty claim,,,, after I was given the run round I gave up and paid a local welder and mechanic to fix my excavator. Very disappointed in the after sales service. Show details

Me1000 – The machine has slop in the boom at 40 hrs and can’t get any sense from Agrison about it, they pass you from person to person hoping you give up, the motor blows smoke and leaking oil also at 40 hrs, after 3 months of calling and being told I was sent a new motor eventually last week after 40 calls from me because they never ever call back I was… Read more
told the motor wasn’t actually sent and 15 calls later I was eventually sent the seal that I had to pay to get installed it is running ok but still blowing smoke , for a cheap machine they are good for general use around the home but the people there are full of crap and will not help you or answer calls unless you use a phone they don’t know to call them, I would definitely not recommend them
Terrible customer service and dodgy products – Buy a generator new. Comes with a hole in the fuel tank. Call them 10 times to get it replaced been 3 months still nothing. They don’t won’t a bar off it Show details
Clutch gone – Purchase a second hand 40hp tractor with 35 hrs on the clock. It’s now got 60hrs on it and the clutch has gone in it. Can’t change gears or forward and reverse. Called the company several times to find a machanic to fix it. Eventually was told that they don’t have anyone. No quality mechanics that I’ve called will not touch it. Has anyone had the same problem and what did you do to fix it? Show details
VCAT ORDERS IGNORED – We purchased a Loader and within 12 months and after 150 hours work, we had to replace the engine. We then did another 150 hours work and that engine died. The parts to fix the engine were not available separately and we had to purchase a complete engine each time. The first from Agrison, supposedly at a discounted price. ourselves. We were awarded damages from VCAT for the 2 engines for the same machine along with other costs directly incurred. Agrison, after 19 months, still haven't paid up.
what a load of cow plop – i have had 5 years of terror with my 60hp tractor, on the slightest slope it wants to turn over, it is the most unstable vehicle I've ever been in. The air con packed it in during the first year and was told it was not covered, the electrics under the dash are playing up, the tacho has packed it in, the dvd player used for the reversing camera has… Read more
an edge that scalps you when you hit a bump, the hydraulic controls are behind and under the seat which makes it very hard to use and there is no after sales service.
Wish I had of read theses reviews before I brought one – I should of known better than to buy cheap crap!!! I only hope this helps someone to not do what I did and buy something that’s not up to standard. In three months of ownership and almost 38 hours of light work (mostly slashing a small paddock moving a bit of dirt around the yard and moving hay to feed my horses) iv had a wheel bearing jam up, the… Read more
forward/reverse gear stick give out on me twice, the wiring in the dash stop working twice, the clutch spring snap all of which I managed to fix myself but now I have just started to get a pretty loud knocking noise coming from the motor as well which I can only guess will be very expensive to fix for something that should not be happening for at least 5/10 years. I was going to get in contact with the dealership but after reading the other reviews on here I think it will be pretty pointless and I’m guessing I won’t hear anything back or I’ll be told it was my fault. To say I’m disappointed is a understatement as I brought the tractor with an inheritance I got when my mother died. What a way to waste over 20 grand!!
the worse after sales service – I have agrison have a tx 930 front loader with mechanical problems, I have spent 6 weeks ringing Agrison at campbellfield to try and get someone to either come and have a look at my tractor or put me onto someone that can, after 6 weeks of phone conversation they have told me that they don't have any one they can send out and they doan't know… Read more
anyone else that can help me, so basically I am left with a tractor that cost me $28,000 that doesn't work and I cant get repaired, but they did say sorry. I would say to everyone stay away from any agrison products, they make it sound all good at the start, but once they have your money and something goes wrong, its sorry cant help you.
Ignore the reviews to your detriment! – Agrison are great in the sale process and that’s where service ends. We purchased a loader from them and implements for it at a later stage. They sent a stick rake with the wrong attachments twice, even after sending 21 photos with measurements included. After the second error, they asked me to use our local fabricator to correct it. After Agrison… Read more
agreed to pay the invoice supplied, they failed to pay multiple times. After following them up with in excess of 10 times and being lied to each time, they started to dodge my calls and hang up. I spoke to the owner, manager, salesperson and receptionist who all promised to have the invoice paid but they all lied time after time. Do not under any circumstances buy a single thing off this unscrupulous business.
1x 33mm nut – My new second hand to me machine being taken straight to my local diesel mechanic for a full service and check over. We diagnosed it needed a 33mm castle nut to keep he track sprocket attached to the motor. That was 4 weeks ago. Between my mechanic and myself calling twice a day, getting no where. “Parts is away today can I get her to call back.”… Read more
The call never came. So I called being in Melbourne and coming through. I tried to get to the bottom of a nut. Asking for them to leave it by the Gate and I’d collect it. Again no call back to say it was possible. At 4:50pm I called no answer no MessageBank to leave a message to. I called continually up until 5:05 not one lazy in the joint would answer. The next day I called and asked for the manager straight up. Completely fed up with the bull they treat consumers. I told him what I wanted to his reply no you need to buy a $400 hydraulic track motor. I said I only need the nut. He told me “if I sold the nut, it would make the part I had useless”.. A 33mm castle nut, I told him he can’t be serious my machines had 4 weeks of downtime my whole machines useless. To his reply “did you buy it from me? Is it under warranty?” Of course not, I told him where I had got it from and all the rest. And his reply was “I can’t help you then.” Needless to say that didn’t smooth over so well with me and I told him where he could jam his Chinese scrap steel through the phone without the poor excuse of a man getting a word in!
Buy anything but this crap I beg of you there’s 70 reviews here and not one of them is positive. Do the maths their machines may be enticingly priced but once you get it out the gate (even if you get that far with them!) your on your OWN!
No aftersale service – No customer service skills at all . Never return phones or emails . Super slow spare parts department noone seems to know anything . Very slow on warranty claims if they ever finalise them . Show details
