Have hired multiple times for holidays, and EVERY time have has missing items, after continually confirming that all items will be delivered. Delivery over 2hrs late just arriving in time for carers to help. Constantly causing anxiety to clients and family members due to incorrect and missing items. This company has 1 job to do and that is to… Read more
correctly supply equipment to people that require these items for day to day living and it's is unacceptable that they can't even do that with ease and guarantee! Using poor excuses everytime to fullfill a contract and using "sorry" as an excuse for incompetence! Something needs to be done with the reputation they have! Has NDIS considered investigating this company?? Being told by a delivery driver (which is not their fault) that nothing can be done because its 5pm and the warehouse is now closed and so is the office is NOT good enough!
Cool colours and lightweight from aidacare. It’s easy to manouvre. The customer service is not great. The product arrived two weeks later than it was supposed to which caused a lot of issues as I needed to move around. And it was only after a lot of hassling that I got it delivered in the time that it did
In the 17 years of building and equipment management that i have worked, i have never come across a business that is so poorly run like Aidacare. They have purchased all the other competing businesses and crippled consumer choice. it unfortunate that i am forced to use this company. It's as if they don't employ managers cause the consumer is… Read more
forever having to chase up answers and equipment, it almost makes this pretend position redundant cause the paying customer works for them for free. The don't even respond to their Servicensw@ email address. It's absolute madness. i could go on but i'll leave it at that for today.

Whats the point of saying you’ll price match the same product thats cheaper at another store and when you find out the price is really low you just go oh, yeah, we’re not going to price match that then just go silent. Like not even a oh, we could maybe do this price. Not just oh we cant match that low price therefore we wont even considering lowering our price at all.

Samantha has been very helpful, she responded quickly and really tried to help customer, so quick delivery, delivery guy is friendly, very good quality, we are happy with the whole experience.
I found Noura of Sales support rude to the point of abusive. A company is judged by its staff and I will make sure NDIS will never use aidacare on my daughter's behalf again.
Follow-up · Noura refused to believe I could not keep the old chair when the new chair was delivered and that its removal was already paid for by NDIS as agreed. She was curt and gave unwanted advice on where I could store it in my tiny unit until February 2026 when we get our hard rubbish removed. I complained to NDIS, the OT and our course co-ordinator.… Read more

Purchased an Aspire HS589 Mobility Scooter. I have owned it for 1 year & use it approx 2-3 times a week for quick trips to the local shops; so far it is on its THIRD set of batteries. The seat is of poor quality, resulting in uneven padding between the left & right side of the seat, this has resulted in tearing of the upholstery & sitting on an… Read more

Bought a walking frame from Aidacare online. I didn’t want to pay $75 delivery for $145 frame so chose to have it delivered to the Clifton Hill store. They said it would arrive in 4 business days but it wasn’t there several weeks later. When Icalled to follow up, they offered to deliver because they said they had had the frame for a week because… Read more
they were stocktaking!!!!!!! Today I was nervous about the delivery and tried to call Clifton Hill. I repeatedly got diverted to an answering machine. Their central“customer care” centre sent an email to the store as they also seemed unable to call. When I finally talked to a person at 4:00 they said the frame was on route. It’s 4:59 and still not here. I don’t have any faith or confidence in this company. I think that NDIS has made it far too comfortable and lucrative for suppliers of equipment for the disabled. They have lost sight of their customers who can be disabled and very vulnerable. Those who are self-funded and in the Aged Care bracket, are ripped off by the system. 5:20 - It’s still not here.

Ripped Off – I recently purchased a new mobility chair controller for my 88 yo Mother. The price was to supply and install. I was charged some ridiculously high amount. My Mother had waited so long for this so I kind of had to go with it, otherwise we would have had to wait another 3 months. The way I found out that I was ripped off, was I was coincidently… Read more

A BIG WARNING TO EVERYONE….NEVER EVER DEAL WITH AIDA CARE!!! PS. Country Care will always do the right thing by you. Unless of course if they are not to busy from disgruntled people that have been ripped off by good old aidarip

Ridiculous hire policy by Aidcare – Ridiculous hire policy by AidcareAidcare has a VERY RIDICULOUS policy of hiring products for elderly people, their name is "aidcare" in fact it is "NOAIDCARE" I would say. I wanted to hire a "ROHO High Profile Cushion" for our elderly person to test if it is suitable for him before purchasing one that is expensive. Originally I wanted to hire for… Read more
a week or 2, but Aidcare requested a MINIMUM PAY for 4 weeks in advance!!! Well, Aidcare is the only supplier of this product in our area, therefore, I had no other choice but to accept the condition of paying 4 weeks in advance for hiring a week or 2 for a trial if I want to go ahead. Before making the final decision, I asked Aidcare if possible they could consider for hiring one more extra cushion named "ROHO LOW PROFILE" for only a week (not 4 weeks as per their policy) so that our elderly person can try both the cushions (Low & High profile) within a week, then I keep the one that is better suited and returns the other that is not suited. This means if I go ahead, I would pay 5 weeks of hire in advance for the trial, but Aidcare did not accept, kept offering ridiculously for 8 weeks payment in advance and said it was their company policy!!! How ridiculous the policy is!!!. Luckily in the end I found the telephone of REHABHIRE & SALE. I phoned them, everything went smoothly and their price is SO MUCH CHEAPER than Aidcare, especially the costs of delivery & collection are 60% CHEAPER than Aidcare's delivery & collection costs. Dear elderly people, if you guys wish to hire a product, STAY AWAY from Aidcare. Rehabhire & Sale is much easier and cheaper to deal with.

Don't buy critical equipment from Aidacare – I would steer clear of buying anything substantial through Aidacare. They have nil after-sales support or care about the customer. I've spent close to $50K with this company due to a massive stroke. I've had two critical issues with my brand new wheelchair. Five months on and I'm still waiting for repairs, one of which is a $60 part; the other… Read more
$70. I found out recently that Aidacare are waiting on Quickie USA to accept the warranty claim first but they first need to 'a full assessment into the factors and failures within their quality assurance process and products'. This is policy apparently. Really? Quickie sell the parts; they know it's a failure point otherwise they wouldn't sell it. Their answer to me is that if I'm willing to pay for it, they'll get it in and if accepted as a warranty later on, I'll get my money back. I've now bought the part privately as warranties don't seem to mean a thing nowadays. They must be in dire straits if they can't stock standard parts like brake cables for repairs.......or else their care factor is zero.
Callous and contemptuous. Refuse to accept responsibility for supporting their own products – I purchased an Aspire Flex Walker 8 for my eighty year old mother from an online retailer of Aidacare and other products. The assembly instructions in the accompanying manual were so brief that at first I missed them completely. They were badly written and ambiguous. I had to ask the retailer for better instructions; he pointed me toward a… Read more
website - not Aidacare's - hosting a slightly better manual. In this day and age, Aidacare doesn't even have a YouTube clip to assist assembly of this walker. It is entirely possible to put it together the wrong way. (Some manufacturers are smart enough to avoid this.) The individual pieces aren't labelled left or right, back or front, even though the pieces are such. At first I reversed the placement of the left and right handles, then the front and back wheels. I could move the thing then but realised I couldn't steer it because the swivel wheels obviously needed to be at the front but inserted there they flop over and will not remain upright. I sent photos and multiple support requests to Aidacare but received no response so I followed up with the online retailer who contacted Aidacare themselves. Aidacare then responded to me as though the item is broken, rather than being a new item that I cannot assemble. They offered no assembly advice/support but stated that I will have to pay $188.00 for a technician to come on site and assemble the product plus parts. Parts? It's a brand new walker. Now they're claiming I have to get the online retailer I bought it from to assemble it otherwise I will be voiding my warranty. Voiding my warranty to have an Aidacare technician assemble an Aidacare product.
These are products are DISABILITY AIDS. They are intended for use by people who are often elderly and/or frail with limited strength and sometimes lessening cognitive abilities. If I can't work out how to assemble the thing, imagine how frustrating or heartbreaking it must be for someone in that position without anyone to help them. The 'manual' sucks and incredibly, where almost all others take advantage of available technology to post instructions and video clips online, Aidacare doesn't. And the attitude of customer service individual I've been attempting to deal with - fuhgeddabout it. It's clearly an overseas virtual support desk.
This brand new walker is destined for the hard rubbish collection. In the meantime my frail elderly mother is at risk of sliding off her current walker because it is too high for her.

Weird demand for full personal details just to get a quote – My dad now needs a walker, his physio recommended a particular model. I asked about where to purchase it, Aidacare was mentioned. I looked online, no price for walker, you have to email for a quote. I did so, but in the Aidacare email received, there's no price mentioned. Instead, it said a quote cannot be given until I provide full billing… Read more
details and which agency is funding the purchase. I have no issue with providing a postcode for a delivery estimate (which I already had in my original request for quote) but why do you need full billing details to say how much a product costs??!! And why do they need to know who's paying for it?! Do they increase the quote if it's NDIS or Veterans?? Something not right. So I googled reviews on Aidacare, and after seeing all these experiences, I'm very glad we have not spent money yet! I've since googled the model of walker, and found it at a number of other online stores, all with prices listed, just like you'd expect from any online store

Terrible customer service, their staff can’t say sorry and admit to their mistake, stay away from them ! – Made an order online, submitted the request through email, quote came back missing item unexplained until asked (not available), and provided wrong size/quantity in quote. Transaction paid and good delivered but we only realised the stuff up until goods were received. questioned them and their response was we sent what was approved and quoted for ! No apology no nothing, they made it sound like it was my fault for their mistake!

Very poor customer service, very uncaring – Anyone who is considering using Aidacare for equipment please think again and use another company. There is no care or understanding from this company. The only person who was helpful was the delivery person. My family were also looking to purchase a powered wheelchair, recliner chair and other equipment. I definitely won’t be purchasing from Aidacare.

Don’t recommend this company – I ordered a swivel seat cushion for getting in and out of my car following a knee replacement. I ordered it on July 9 and I am still waiting for it to arrive. I was given a tracking code, which came up as “we can’t find the code”. Now I am left wondering if I will ever receive this item. They certainly took the payment quickly, but that is the only thing that was quick. Certainly could not recommend this company at all.
