Good fridge filler – I'm a beer snob, but sometimes I don't feel like spending $15 on a single limited beer. At $1.25 a can, it's as cheap as they could probably make it whilst tasting similar to other mid strength macro lagers. Mild bitterness and fairly clean with a touch of that corn syrup taste that doesn't ruin it, but it's there. Drink it before it warms and it's unbeatable value for the style. Show details

Worst beer I have tasted – I bought a pack of this beer. It is cheap. In all honesty it tastes just awful beer. When zi lived in SA I eventually got a taste for Southwark. Buy I am not willing to even attempt to try to get a taste for this. Show details

Value for money middie – Ok 2 reviews already. One terrible and one superlative. Well I'll split the difference. It's not the best lager you'll ever have. It's nice but missing a bit of bite you might expect. Enjoyable drinking though and at about $5 less than a 6 pack of XXXX Gold for twice as many (slightly smaller) cans It's worth a try.. Show details
