ALDI Wine Fridges

Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about, the cooler does take all sizes of wine bottles, but. Like all wine fridges you have lif the shelf above to gain access. Been very happy with this product. Show details
Don’t buy it. It doesn’t fit standard white wine bottles in between the shelves – Save your money Don’t buy it it don’t hold 34 bottles of wine. You can not fit standard shape bottle of wine. Show details
Early review - looking good so far – Brought the Wine Chiller yesterday. Was on sale as its been listed for quite awhile, for approx $210 compared to the RRP of $250+. I read prior reviews, which listed difficulties with repairs and it being broken within the first year. Obviously since its new, it works for me. Real selling point was the 3 year in home warranty. If it breaks, whatever! It looks good and works well. Instructions are easy to read. Show details
Wine fridge dies – My Wine Fridge has just died was doing great up until a couple of days ago. I am reading different reviews and it appears these Stirling products are unserviceable. Is this correct. Show details
Avoid - it's a "non-serviceable product" which means it can't be fixed – Our Aldi wine fridge stopped cooling 2 months out of warranty, it's a small problem that needs fixing but no technicians will fix it, you can't buy any replacement parts for this model, and the manufacturer even describes it as a "non-serviceable" product whereby they don't have the expertise to fix their own junk. Totally environmentally irresponsible. For $300 it should last longer than 3 years. Show details
Great concept Wine Fridge – I can’t recommend this wine fridge for a major design flaw. When the humidity rises during rainy weather days, the fridges condensate on the outside of the door thus dripping onto the floor. This occurs on all three fridges that we bought and we run 2 at 5 degrees for white wine and 1 at 15 degrees for red wine. Not a good investment Show details
Amazing value wine fridge – We have a number of Aldi appliances now and this is right up there for us in terms of value. It's super high quality, quiet and could easily pass off as a premium brand. 3 months in and couldn't be happier with this purchase. In the manual it explains how to increase the capacity to 28 Bottles by removing two of the timber shelves... It also has a basket in the base for larger bottles or Champagne. Show details · 1
Total lies with regard to capacity! – All advertising lists this model as Holding 28 bottles but we can only fit 18-20 in!! When looking at it any reasonable person would assume that means 28 x 750ml bottles but it comes no where near that. Please explain. Show details

Very good quality for the money – Purchased two X 50 bottle wine fridges. Beautifully engineered, working perfectly, quiet, lockable, no condensation, slide out racking, Aldi Stirling brand. Current specification refrigerant gas filled. Mine has chrome racking that is slide out and tinted glass door. Show details
Pretty good – I've had this wine fridge for a number of years. Although the digital display has partly gone I really can't fault it. Only thing is can't find the power usage anywhere and think it might be a bit high. Still looks good and performs well. Nha do it sitting in the garage under a bench. Love the timber shelves and glass door. Interior light is nice also. Show details
Power usage excessive – This wine cooler seems to use too much power. The engine and fan is almost constantly running with the temp set on 14 centigrade for white wine. Wonder about power bills but also it's proper design. Have checked door seals, ok. Have turned up to 16 centigrade, even though have only white wine unit.
