I've recently been a patient off this prattle for about a year and followed my doctor from Brisbane to pimpama thinking he was worth the trip .For the past year not once have we had a appointment on time , if it's been 3to 4 hours late then we are lucky ( this is telehealth btw) .Several times I've had to cancel other appointments just so I could get my appointment. Yesterday I rang reception and she said it's not good and to discuss it with the doctor. Now this is a doctor that has lied to me twice about sending specialist letters to which he never did , He was in trouble with management for lying to a patient not once but twice . So when the doctor rang me 6 hours after what was meant to be a 9am appointment I just asked (on receptions advice if we could have our appointment on time . He said to me in the rudest way that if that doesn't suit me find another doctor and hung up .After hours off no calls from them I rang back telling them that this doctor would be reported by the endoff the day as I had done nothing wrong . I got it after 7 hours of calls. I've never in my life been spoken or treated by a so called doctor. DOCTOR NOUR MY ADVICE IS IF U CANT HANDLE TOUR ILLNESS AND WORK THEN LEAVE . INSTEAD OFF UPSETTING OTHER PEOPLE. ALOT OFF PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME AS U BUT STILL HAVE ETIQUETTE AND MANNERS ESPECIALLY IN YOUR POSITION.

Don't recommend the place. Recently moved to Pimpama. Should have read the reviews before making the booking. Waited nearly 1 hour, thought I had an appointment. When questioned the receptionist she said " you're next", then for whatever reasons the doctor called someone else in. I ended up leaving & booked with another practice.

Terrible – Terrible service, long waiting time, and they forget everything. Had to wait for more than one hour for the doctor even if we had appointment. He prioritized other patents for some weird reason. Reception didn't mention any long wait time.
