I have now used my updoc subscription to get sickness certificates, prescriptions and a medical referral. It is the most convenient medical service I’ve ever used. I have no regrets whatsoever using this service only positive experiences.

Tried a few prenatals before settling on Kin, and I'm so glad I made the switch. They don't upset my stomach, don't leave a horrible aftertaste, and are much easier to take than the others I've tried. Highly recommend!

side said they will get someone to call me back as they don't know the procedure (yeah right, more likely adniring female clients exercising). Last week i was told that my membership was overdue by 1 month i rang and state that i advised the account close and someone was going to call me back, since i rang then i never attended the gym again so it was a shock to me. Apparently they gym did not cancel the membership and kept collecting money which i didn't know as i rarely check my statement and it come from a seperate bills account. I was told that they will apply the 1 month fee even after getting almost 2 years of fees when it was supposed to be cancel. I an looking at consulting lawyers and if there is sufficient people in the same position will start an class action suit because Anytime Fitness should employ staff with enough intelligence and common sense to know what to do or ask question and obtain the knowledge.

Now I’m facing another frustrating battle trying to cancel my membership for medical reasons. I submitted my cancellation request and provided medical documentation, but Fernwood continued charging my account without my knowledge. It then took more than a month for the admin to respond and tell me they were not satisfied with the evidence provided.

I have a medical condition that prevents me from attending the club for more than 12 months, yet they have refused to cancel my membership and continue adding charges while the matter is still being disputed.

There is also very little financial transparency. Upcoming payments and the current balance are not clearly available in the app or on the website. The only way to obtain this information is to request it from administration, and responses can take weeks.

The customer service has been extremely disappointing. The whole experience has left me feeling that collecting payments is being prioritised over actually looking after members.

I expected much better from a business that markets itself around supporting women and their wellbeing.

I tested postive for the flu and couldn't get a telehealth today with my own doctor. This was so easy and the doctor was lovely asking me lots of questions. I was able to get a Tamuflu script.

packaged food items would be highly appreciated. Mainly to protect the food items from the detergent smell, but also the large 5L detergent bottle meant one box of tea got a bit dinged.

carb meals. Actually I did quite well cooking but i though the macros meals could get me though the initial phase. Let me say i dont believe in waste so i ate them. Tonight is my last Macros meal and i am so happy to finish them. My own home made meals ran rings around this soggy unpleasant fare. The best i can say is it ws not bad enough to throw away although i seriously considered doing do with their Korean. Save your money this is expensive food plus $15 delivery so not worth it.
