explain and cancel and provided a medical certificate but apparently that’s not enough and expect me to pay $1500 worth of cancel fees? Are they actually for real. Ash their regional manager has been exhausting to deal with and doesn’t listen and does as she pleases. She put me on a freeze instead of cancel and put the reason as financial hardship? Like what are you on about woman? Honestly this saga continues it’s 2 weeks in. Stay tuned.

When I went to collect it, I was then told that my jacket had been given to someone else.

What has made this situation even more concerning is the way it has been handled since. The communication I received was abrupt and, in my view, left important parts of what happened unexplained. Rather than providing clarity, the gaps in the explanation have unfortunately left me with more questions and room for concern about exactly how my property came to be given to somebody else.

I was ultimately told, in effect, that the matter was now with the police and that they were who I should deal with.

I find this incredibly disheartening. Once an item has been identified, the owner has been contacted, and the gym has confirmed in writing that it is being held for collection, I would expect reasonable care to be taken to ensure it is returned to the correct person.

This was an expensive jacket with significant sentimental value to my family. I trusted that once the gym confirmed they had my property, it would be kept safely until I collected it.

The loss itself is upsetting, but the way the situation has subsequently been handled has made the experience considerably worse.

when you signed up” and “we put it in every email” when you say you weren’t notified of the auto renewal date. The auto renewal email came in amongst marketing materials with the title “the more you use, the more you lose”… who would know that’s an auto renewal? I have reported their practice to the ACCC so hopefully they will make it more clear closer to renewal and save others from being in the same predicament I am.

I recognise that medical weight loss doesn't work for everyone, and I must be in the unlucky group. So for me it was a very expensive but ultimately wasted exercise. I would have liked to try alternative medication but unfortunately we were at my budget limit already, and the available alternatives cost more. Pilot's service was very good, so I have no issues with the company, just the lack of effect of the medication.

contact patient support to manually skip it, then have another Telehealth consult because they don’t issue repeat scripts. This is not done with any urgency, I have had at least 3 instances where I have taken my meds late because I’ve been waiting for their patient support team to get back to me.

Don’t buy things from their “pharmacy” - prices are wildly inflated. E.g. they charge ~$615 for mounjaro 10mg - this costs ~$530 at chemist warehouse.

story entirely. Worse than useless. Anyway, on the practitioners. Like every service providing prescriptions, they start with the scripted questions. Then they seem to go their own way. Each having a different way of handling repeats from no problem to no, now what's the next question. Support sucked 2 hours out of my life today while I tried to explain that I was unable to see their QR code in their app which their SMS kept sending me to, and then, tired to have them send me a PDF of the QR code. Most of that time was spent waiting for replies while they answered other inquirers. Clearly they're understaffed for the service, the result of which there isn't any. Overall, it's a good idea as long as there's a simple need. Once it gets past a single contact for a single prescription, it falls well short of expectations. Sincere repeated apologies do not compensate for the stress and loss of time to complete what should have been a simple task...I want the QRs for my prescritions. Two hours to get that is not good. I'm giving them 3 / 5 because three practitioners were good enough and 2 support need retraining.

needed it sorted as soon as possible, was told I would get a phone call soon. Never did. Messaged them and was told that they had tried to call which is a lie, I checked all of my settings, had my phone on me all day and have never not received a private phone call. They never called, so he said he would put in another call back request. They still never called and then I received a message to say I had to book. Cancelled the service which was easy but still haven't got my money back (I'm not worried yet tho it's only been 2 days). Was easier to just see a dr in person.

2 hours trying to get a prescription. Still I can't get it. They make me go to the different website, do this, do that ,do this again, you have to wait because of this. It ia the worst system every I experienced in many countries.
