no communication regarding a billing cycle, let alone an expiry date. I had to pay an additional fee to access services which are included with my subscription. I’ve reached out to their customer support team several times and the only response I’ve received is a generic one, which is identical to what many people have shared on Reddit and online. They don’t have a contact number to call, making it impossible to get in touch with an actual person. I’m now left out of pocket and without access to the services promised. It’s an absolute joke.

up to the fitness area of the club. I looked at the cost and considered it was doable even though I am on a carers pension as I am full time carer of my 90 year old mum with dementia. A couple of weeks into the fitness program my mum needed more of my time and also I was in urgent need of dental work. I deferred my program with Fernwood and was not charged a fee. However, the dental work and the needs for my mum was considerably more than expected. Fernwood advised that they will continue charging me plus a cancellation fee. I advised them that I was very low in funds but Fernwood took money out of my account leaving me with $12.00 until my next carers allowance 10 days later. As of this date I advised Fernwood that I would need to contact my bank to stop the direct debits. The lack of empathy and compassion is very disappointing and sad and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth as I have been upfront with them about my financial situation and the reasons I am not able to continue with the program.

refunded for, was rescheduled on THEIR end 3 times, even though the booking was over 3 weeks away. I went to change to 'next available' and was expecting a call at 3pm one day, and NEVER got the call, not even the next day. When I logged in to the app (which is also VERY clunky), it was still showing my wait time eta was 1hr 45m, which didn't suit me that day, so I rescheduled to a future date, and it got changed on me AGAIN!!! (Note both of the bookings were 3weeks or so in advance, so no idea why it kept getting changed so early). Wanting to try the 'next available' again, I was expecting a call by 6pm and as I'm someone who gets up at 4am for work, I was disgusted when I got a text at 7:43pm then a call at 7:44pm, waking me up. Due to it being a random mobile number I cancelled it then got text messages about missing the appointment. I will not be renewing my script with Youly again, as the value is no longer matching the cost.

Benny (Owner/Manager ) took my information and put me under Rob's wing as my personal trainer. I dedicated myself 100% to follow his advise and instructions: from week 3 I started noticing results and in four months I reached one of my goals; now we are in working in building muscles. It hasn't been easy, like everything else; you have to be disciplined, the trainer's are only doing their job and you have to follow its routine. The doctors are hit and miss, I have had one that seemed to actually care, but mostly they seem disinterested while they try to run through the required questions in under 2mins and get more patients through the cattle gate. If you are okay with this experience, and paying A LOT, then this is a legitimate way to access medication online.

are said to last 7 to 10 days. ALL meals have a 11 day shelf life. Received 1 meal claiming to be 26g of Protein when it contained 70% capsicum/onion, small amount of rice, and 3 small pieces of beef not even the size of a 10c piece. theirs claims i would like to see documentation for. This site is misleading people wanting to go on a real weight loss journey. Any dietitian clearly knows that you should NOT exceed 1% saturated fat to total calorie intake. Their weight loss plan of 1500 cal contained items that exceed this daily intake amount (>15gm). There are NO ingredients listed on the packing which is a breach of the food safety act. Considering that i cancelled my account i will now create a new account to order a set of meals and have them lab tested for their statements made. BEWARE AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. My Muscle Chef far exceeds this company and ive tried them all.

them in March regarding a delivery issue and they got back to me 2 weeks later. My meals were no where to be found and had been delivered to the wrong address yet I had no way of contacting them. Additionally I have received out of date meals on more than one occasion. Now I was not informed of an order not being processed and when I reached out to the CM service I received a response that there would be a follow up the next day. This has now also not occured. I am growing increasingly frustrated with Chefgood as time goes on.

Very helpful and lovely Doctor. Would and do recommend to everyone.
