internal incompetence. Another branch admitted in writing it was THEIR error — and West Melbourne still had the audacity to blame me and refuse a refund. Months of stonewalling for a mess they created. Genuinely the worst customer service experience I've had with any business, period. AVOID.

InstantScripts. Sunday afternoon - 1.5 hour wait, but that was fine because I was told to expect as much, and I could have pulled out if I wasn't happy. Really easy to set-up the booking. My consultation was brief and polite. I was prescribed two standard medications. Apart from the likelihood of medication working, I feel better because I was able to be pro-active rather than helpless. I thoroughly recommend InstantScripts for the type of issue I had.

when you signed up” and “we put it in every email” when you say you weren’t notified of the auto renewal date. The auto renewal email came in amongst marketing materials with the title “the more you use, the more you lose”… who would know that’s an auto renewal? I have reported their practice to the ACCC so hopefully they will make it more clear closer to renewal and save others from being in the same predicament I am.

Meals taste better than I imagined. Easygoing meal times when I’m tired. Highly recommend a healthy meal choice.

contact patient support to manually skip it, then have another Telehealth consult because they don’t issue repeat scripts. This is not done with any urgency, I have had at least 3 instances where I have taken my meds late because I’ve been waiting for their patient support team to get back to me.

Don’t buy things from their “pharmacy” - prices are wildly inflated. E.g. they charge ~$615 for mounjaro 10mg - this costs ~$530 at chemist warehouse.

Avoid at all costs!

Their Japanese Salmon and noodle dish is very good, but unfortunately the oil used is pomace olive oil which is the worst olive oil one can buy, because it is made from olives left over after press extracting the extra virgin oil., and the extraction of the last bit of oil is done with harmful chemicals. It is a pity that such an excellent dish is made in an unhealthy manner.If they use extra virgin or even light olive oll, instead of pomace, that dish would be fantastic and healthy.
