Worst money spend ever – Edited!!! They have updated the software and fixed some bugs. It's now been used heaps. Just Netflix or Disney. Nothing else works though. But there's two are ok! So updating to 4 starts! So the image,.size and everything is fine... The problem is there's not one single thing watchable on it that works. The built-in apps don't work and you can't connect a HDMI cable because thats faulty too. So can't watch Netflix, Disney plus not ABC. I have absolutely no idea how anyone has managed to watch anything on this thing. I've tried mirroring it and it doesn't work either.
When I contacted customer support they literally said "YOU'RE BETTER OFF RETURNing IT BECAUSE THESE ARE ISSUES THAT ARENT GOING TO BE SOLVED ANY TIME SOON".
So, technically lost $700. Why on earth is there a projector that can't project a thing is beyond me..

Total Rubbish – I bought one of these from the US, I live in Australia. The projector arrived, in perfect condition BUT there was no sound out of the speaker. I contacted the seller who said he didn't have a receipt for this product, so I contacted Anker Customer Support, who said because I didn't buy it from an authorized reseller there was nothing they could do. The product is made in China, and on their forum are quite a lot of people with Quality Control problems, items should have never made it out of the factory door. So be careful when buying this product, as you probably will encounter problems with it.

Good but sound delay if using external bluetooth speaker – Amazingly compact and easy to use. Good sound, much better than say a laptop but I wanted to use my external bluetooth speaker for more bass but sadly there is a major problem with this device AUDIO DELAY!!! This happens only when using external bluetooth speakers. I see this as a major negative. The HDMI cable is also not ARC and the picture quality is about HD quality which is good enough but lacks rich colour. All said and done I still really like this device and may keep it because the sound from it is 360 degrees and pretty good, just wished there was no lag. There is no audio out to use a cable as a way around this. I managed to fill my entire wall with the nebula capsule about 3.5 meters away and it is impressive for such a small device. If they had used an HDMI ARC input, fixed the Bluetooth sound lag and made the picture more colourful I would have spent a grand on this little thing.
