Easy to use. Can send a batch of documents to several people and specify who receives each document. Can personalise the email message each person receives. Once signed, it send them back appropriately labelled - unless there is only one doc, then it needs renaming. Search is a little clunky. Easy to use as the recipient too.
Follow-up · Any tips for managing single document renaming? Yes, you can rename a document once you've uploaded it - before you send. Easy as How did recipients react to personalisation? Don't know. What made the search clunky exactly? You have to both delete the search term you've entered AND use the Drop down to select Reset, to clear a search. Even if you go to a new screen, the filter remains unless you've done both of the above steps.
Annature is so much easier to use and cheaper than other e-sign tools. Very intuitive interface and UX. Customer Support is first rate also. Highly recommend if you're using anything else, give these guys a try.
