Don't be tricked like I was – No different from a child's teddy, my small dog ripped an ear off in under 2 minutes, and the whole thing was destroyed in an hour, including pulling all the stuffing out and trying to eat the squeaker. Perhaps it was possibly made of material that was Kevlar (motorbike riding gear is made of this) which would make it pretty much 'immortal'. Nope. For $36 AUD (including shipping costs) I received a dog toy that had it's arm ripped within 10 mins.

No worries, customer service was advertised. I was their first negative complaint perhaps?? "Any question? Feel free to contact us. We will do our best to provide you with a great shopping experience, if you have any questions or feedback, please contactservice@antarcking.com"

I sent two photos for proof 1) Happy dog with new toy. 2) New toy's arm ripped See photos attached

I emailed the 'customer service' that was advertised "Need help? Please contact us: service@antarcking.com"

And received this reply "Dear buyer, as you pay for the goods belonging to the low price, no after-sales service, you can take a look at our advertising page, best wishes"

Harry Hound is most disappointed. I'm annoyed at yet another rip-off online business. Perhaps this toy is better for a human baby :-(
