ABSOLUTE RUBBISH – If there were zero star I would have given it. The products I purchased are rubbish. One if the hedgehogs lasted not even one hour with my pup. Will definately be advising people not to purchase this product. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY! Show details

Our German shorthaired pointer ripped a hole in it in under 3 minutes – The body is a different material to the feet and nose of the donkey in the series and this may be a factor. the toy (Donkey in the series of robusta animals) arrived today and upon unpacking it I handed it to our 30kg GSP who in the 3 mins it took me to remove the rubbish had opened a hole in the leg of the toy. They state on the Donkey's page:… Read more

Don’t waste your money – We purchased several toys for our dogs, the first had a hole within ten minutes. The remainder didn’t last much longer. Attempts to contact customer service now result in email bounce backs to both addresses. Show details

Nonsense! "Immortal" ball toy destroyed in 5 mins by 10 month old staffy – Nice toys buy absolutely not what is advertised. If you have a light chewer and looking for plush toys these are fine, though cheaper elsewhere for the same thing. My 10 month old staffy cross destroyed a so-called "immortal" ball toy in under 5 mins. Total waste of money. Scam. Show details

Don't be tricked like I was – No different from a child's teddy, my small dog ripped an ear off in under 2 minutes, and the whole thing was destroyed in an hour, including pulling all the stuffing out and trying to eat the squeaker. Not indestructible, and in fact not even robust. Also Made in China, not America, for info. Trading standards need to look at this company. Show details

Definite Scam - don't waste your money! – I'd give a Zero star if possible. Antarcking 'IMMORTAL SQUEAKER PLUSH TOY FOR AGGRESSIVE CHEWERS' advertised wording as follows: "Unlike other chewing toys in the market, RobustPlush™ is made from the most durable velvet shell and is almost impossible to be torn apart. We dare to even say that RobustPlush™ will be the last chew toy you'll be… Read more

buying for your furry friend"

"Frequently Asked Questions Question: My dog destroys everything in seconds. Will this actually hold up? Yes it will. We have yet to receive a negative complaint from a customer that managed to get it ripped it apart."

Perhaps it was possibly made of material that was Kevlar (motorbike riding gear is made of this) which would make it pretty much 'immortal'. Nope. For $36 AUD (including shipping costs) I received a dog toy that had it's arm ripped within 10 mins.

No worries, customer service was advertised. I was their first negative complaint perhaps?? "Any question? Feel free to contact us. We will do our best to provide you with a great shopping experience, if you have any questions or feedback, please contactservice@antarcking.com"

I sent two photos for proof 1) Happy dog with new toy. 2) New toy's arm ripped See photos attached

I emailed the 'customer service' that was advertised "Need help? Please contact us: service@antarcking.com"

And received this reply "Dear buyer, as you pay for the goods belonging to the low price, no after-sales service, you can take a look at our advertising page, best wishes"

Harry Hound is most disappointed. I'm annoyed at yet another rip-off online business. Perhaps this toy is better for a human baby :-(
