Apollo Explore

Loved it until it stopped – I purchased an Apollo Explore from Electric Kicks and loved it. Unfortunately, the controller failed after only 250km. Electric Kicks were helpful in getting in to be repaired, however, what was to be an easy four-day repair has turned into a nearly three-month ordeal. The repairer kept saying that he was waiting for parts and it would be ready next week. I have received no update this year and have no idea when I will get it back. It has now been in for repair longer than I had it. Electric Kicks have not been able to provide an update or offer any assistance to resolve the issue.
