Archos 605 WiFi

Good – The biggest downfall is the overpriced ticket on the applications which I believe should come with the player itself totaling around $700+ (depending on what you buy). Handy to have in the car or at home but having it in the bag listening to MP3 on the bus can weigh down the shoulders a bit but overall this player is quite good due to the fact it's hard to find a decent sized screen - good for watching movies with subtitles and the sound quality is exceptional! good screen size, sound is loud, video quality is good. It also has lots of applications such as video player, music player, pictures, wi-fi, and widgets you can purchase. It can hold quite a lot of data. It's a bit heavy. The price is not too bad for the actual player itself the only costly thing is the applications. For example if you want to watch videos you will have to buy via the Archos website the videoplayer or the tv applications which cost around $80 - $90 depending on what applications you want to buy. The applications will only work if it is a genuine copy. Battery life does not last very long.
Excellent – Sound and Video quality is 2nd to none. Fits perfect into a Nintendo DS Lite case. 160gb holds plenty of converted video & Mp3s. Nothing comes close to this player for portability and quality. Excellent audio and video quality. Beats ipod & PSP. Screen size perfect. Any bigger I would have used my laptop. Bought via 'priceusa' $AU450. Holds alot of video and mp3s. Battery life 2hours+ on video. Charging via USB so need to purchase Archos Gen5 Mini Dock for speedy charging
