I purchased a dress from Arizonia Rose, I received an email from Paypal to say it was paid for but nothing from Arzonia Rose to confirm purchase. I have emailed them twice but not answer yet. Does anyone purchased and received cinfirmation from them on purchase?? Susie

Beautiful skirt, but terrible customer service - tried reaching out re sizing & never received a reply. Also despite selecting express postage, the item wasn’t shipped until the third day after purchase! DO NOT BUY- I Purchased a dress and completed the RETURN PROCESS as outlined in the email received by the store. NO REFUND has been processed, supplier NOT RESPONDING to any emails. Wasted $169!!!! Appauling.

Great clothes and customer service – Love my dresses purchased. I bought 4 and everything arrived quickly and were just like the picture. Terrible service – Bought a dress from this online business and while the dress arrived, their service was terrible, even before the dress arrived I had a problem but they simply don't communicate, emails go unanswered, they don't answer phone ( there's a number but it's disconnected). The dress arrived but the colour was not like the colour on their website.
