Great product and customer service, my package got stolen and customer service responded promptly when I said my package hadn’t arrived and even though it was no fault of their own they offered a complete refund or replacement

A huge red flag for me when a company has your credit card details and can process your payment without you entering them. Now to spend hours tracking down where they came from. Cancelled my order which was refunded. BIG RED FLAG

The delivery was organised through Couriers Please.

I have had 2 failed deliveries in the past week. I worked from home for 2 days as they only give a timeframe of 2 working days and expect you to be home for the entire day with no time window for delivery.

I have spoken and written to Couriers Please on several occasions and the only other solution it provides, aside from waiting home for 2 days, is to pick it up from their depot in Truganina which would be approx 1hr 10min return trip.

I have also contacted Oodie several times regarding the issue and whilst it has been polite, it has offered no alternative solution either. It has followed up with Couriers Please which only resulted in another failed delivery. I was working from home and made myself available for 8 hours, yet Couriers Please did not even attempt to ring my doorbell.

I asked Oodie to cancel the order and send me another via AusPost, yet it insists that it follows up with Couriers Please yet again.

Worth adding that Couriers Please has a 1.3/5 rating online from over 13,000 customers, with many having the same issue as myself.

It would make sense for Oodie to consider another delivery partner as the cost of using Couriers Please would surely have a detrimental impact on its business.

I am most saddened as the Oodie was doing to be my daughter’s main birthday gift this weekend and it looks like she won’t receive it at all.

when I have to like good at the office. My only issue is the sizing. I wear a medium in every shirt I've ever bought. I bought the medium Nashie and it was enormous. Maybe that's beneficial in the water, but I ordered one size down and it fit great. Maybe the Aussies are just bigger? Maybe I'll regret the size Small on the beach next week.

Either way. I like it, but buy one size smaller.

The headline for the socks I bought said they were 'wool socks'. On arrival I noticed that they were only 40% wool (which I now see was buried in the fine print on the website). Very disappointing.

** Colours don't match what is on the website ** The photos on the website are super saturated, making the colours look really bright. The socks I got were significantly less bright than the photos.

** Entrapment style post-checkout deals ** I've never seen this before - after I checked out, I was shown another deal which wasn't on the website. There was a countdown timer to put the pressure on. I swear I didn't actually click to accept that deal, but somehow they came through. It's possible I did accidentally click it...in any case it felt really icky that after I'd made my decision, they revealed deals that weren't available before.

Will be actively discouraging anyone from buying these.

day, I've since changed my mind and feel rather duped about them being super soft and comfortable. I did buy the right size, they fit well, not too tight. But the elastic around the leg band is super thin, itchy, and irritating. The seam is stitched facing inwards with a small course lip edge (not sewn completely flat). It's left a sore impression/irritation line around my leg/groin/butt lines (again, they're NOT even tight). And they do still ride up a bit into a wedgy despite being the fullest coverage briefs I could find (and theres no way I could order a smaller size to prevent the back riding up). They don't sit as far down on the leg as pictured on the website.. the width from the bottom leg seam to the top waist seam doesn't seem anywhere near as wide as pictured (and they're labelled as the full-coverage briefs). Also, not sure what the tags are made out of (feels plastic?) but they're also super irritating (and huge) and would need to be cut- off which usually just leaves an itchy tag-edge and/ or compromises the seam strength. I feel so disappointed, I ordered 4 pairs with super high hopes. I just wish more underwear made the legline seam a little lower-cut and a little thicker/softer/ flatter.. instead of "sharp" and thin. The thick waistline seam is amazing and comfy. And I did like the t-shirt bra for the few minutes I tried it on for. But all- in- all I feel like I wasted my money. I haven't opened the other 3 packs at all and am hoping for a refund.
