They text me constantly over maybe 2-3 years saying I owe money for a prepaid phone account. It was $1500 a couple years ago but today only $130, @#$% they make me laugh. How the @#$k do i owe for a prepaid phone account years ago that I never f@#%ing used. I still have the used sim not even snapped out of the plastic card that sim card comes in. Told them this year ago but they still keep asking. It must be a scam .... honesty it can't be a real company they wouldn't be this stupid I reply to email and thank them for $u@%!#¿ my mondo rock and thank their mum for letting me put it in bread crumb and drop punt.

Anyway they a f ing joke. .

These people collect debts on behalf of TAFE NSW. They do not answer their phones. When I finally got onto them they told me that the debt had been paid. I told them it hadn't been and tried to pay the debt, but they wouldn't let me. Three weeks later the same debt now needs paying.and I am waiting on some endless phone queue waiting to talk to them.
