Beware-no after sales support by phone or online chat. Their website states you can book a phone call but they don't provide that service. Only email backwards and forwards in which you have to provide screen shots of errors etc. Show details

some research and found a lot of negative reviews about this product and I was stressed that I wasted my money and got scammed, their email support was good most responses were at night. Low and behold my printer came today. I was that excited that I hooked it all up, downloaded the driver and it didnt work! ( my fault I didn’t put the label in properly). Fixed that issue, ran a test print it worked straight away. I watched the video on the website and it was super easy and informative.
Printed my first lot of labels with ease and no issues. It would be good if it could print international labels, or I just haven’t figured that out yet.
So after all the worries I had about this product it’s already making things easier, I’d really recommend this 100%

return address and it will be sent back to me. Immediately contacted AUSPRINT again to tell them this and they did eventually pick it up. Waited another 6-8 weeks with no contact from them in regard to a solution so contacted them again in live chat and they said they will be sending me out a new one. 3months on and no response from them after 4 more live chats they have now blocked me from contact and I’m now without a printer or even my broken one back. These printers are designed for business and the time I’ve wasted far out weighs the cost of the printer just throw it in the bin the second you get issues cause this company has zero after purchase support. Tried refund through PayPal and because transaction is more the 180days they can’t help either.
Terrible, would not recommend – Received my wifi Ausprint. Downloaded the program. The window on the program was glitchy so I emailed them. They sent an updated program which made my window too large and unable to resize. When I replied to their email they have now ghosted me. The printer works very well and hooked up to the PC seamlessly. Very easy to just use my phone to print labels however I do wish there was an option to see what you were printing on the app instead of just clicking a file. The app also crashing if it has too many files loaded which could be annoying if you just want to have certain things like for example stickers saved. However will definitely purchase from here again! Show details
Took me a while to get around to setting up My Ausprint printer but when i did it made me and my team so much more efficient. awesome investment for time efficiency.

email response from them is next to impossible. When you do, its just a generic response and no real help at all. If you run a business like I do that depends on efficient shipping processes, do yourself a favour and buy any other printer but this one.
Do NOT buy. This printer is riddled with errors and frequently prints blank labels. The refund process is even worse. While it’s reasonable that they require the printer to be returned before issuing a refund, it’s completely unacceptable that the printer has been sitting at their post office for five days so far ( still hasnt been collected ) and they haven’t bothered to pick it up—delaying the refund unnecessarily. needed it to work due to all the sales we were getting and they said they asked me to send them a video which I did and then they said "I can see that this is an older model - i need to find out if we can send you an update to have it compatible with our current drivers."
I then wrote back and and they never ever got back to me. The worst thing about this was that It was an urgent matter and in my emailed I stated it was urgent since I needed it for the business.
Believe all these bad reviews. Do not believe these good reviews because yes, it might work at first and everything will be okay but down the track you're going to have all these problems and you would have to just re buy somewhere else. Literally save your money and buy elsewhere. They have the worst customer service ever, they do not care about their customers.
You will waste your hard earn money once the 'drive' they use is outdated and you can't install onto your new or current device. It's one of those things where they will keep updating.
Honestly do not buy from these people cause once the model gets old, you wont be able to connect it with your new device!

the company wasn't even based in Australia, I'm not sure if that's true or not, but in the end it didn't matter. I reached out to the email address for support and they solved my problem within a few days. I haven't had any problems with the printer since, and we actually ended up purchasing a second one. We're now using one with Windows and one on a Mac, without issue. It's a great product and works without any issues so long as you have the correct version of the app. If you have issues, reach out to their support and you'll find a solution.

I really like the printer, it prints perfectly every time. I use it for mailer labels as well as smaller swing tag labels. However, it was challenging to get the printer integrated into our computer and wi-fi settings out of the box.
