Luckily I got a refund on my money after I threatened legal action, but it seems some aren't that lucky. Make sure you cancel your card if you have bought anything from them.

Now, six months later they have started calling me to threaten that someone has registered my business name and I need to pay for a trademark or they'll go ahead and trademark the other blokes logo unless I pay more money.

Don't use them. Pay a bit more and get someone you can trust, not these absolutely rude bloodsuckers.

$350 to deregister a business name that I never registered at all claiming that their attorney has received a letter from IP Australia... They never provided their so called attorney's name or copy of the alleged non existent letter when asked and continue to send threatening text messages trying scam money and intimidate me with false legal action... I originally purchased their $1999 complete website package! Be warned this does not include hosting, domain, trademark, They still refuse to give me access to the domain or hosting purchased and have a receipt for.

Still refuse to refund me any portion of the $8000 even though my whole website had to be rebuilt including new domains and hosting servers which I had previously purchased through aussielogo.

The fact this company can still trade in Australia is beyond me. They also trade under any other name containing aussielogo eg aussielogoexperts and aussielogoprofessionals

Aussie Logo-Scammers – They are scammers. They start with nominal fee and then keep on adding the things and without giving a receipt, they continue to charge. They charged me for website name for entire life and then they said name belongs to them. Don't fall into their trap otherwise you will end up paying thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

I've got scammed – I felt for it, not knowing this is a complete scam. Paid so much money for almost, or be clear, for nothing. Got suspicious after a while, because I couldn't get an invoice created with all credential needed for Australia. I have reported this case to the police, but there is not much hope to regain some of the funds paid. Just be aware, its a complete SCAM, they're trying to upsell and it makes sense in the first place. Deeply disappointed

trying to upsell me and pay them up to $2100 to "secure trademark rights". They sent me a screenshot of an alleged pending trademark application for my exact business name, claiming that they have a legal department who can apply for the trademark for me for 10 Years for a 'reduced' cost of $1750.00. I did my own trademark search and found no such pending application. I then called I P Australia and was able to apply for the trademark directly with IP Australia for just $200! I immediately contacted Westpac only to be told that, although the mastercard payment was pending the money has already been taken out of my account, they do not refund scams, they cannot even tell me who the money went to and my only choice is to cancel the card (meaning I have to change all my direct debits) and I must approach the scammers before I can put in a dispute. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE! – Horrible company. As mentioned in all the comments. The are scammers. They will build you a website and as you go keep charing you more and more money even though they say it is included in the initial amount. for me which turned into being hit up for more money to get "the complete package" my website doesn't work and has never constantly worked. Received a phone call today that it would cost $1100 to get my website up and running again. I have spent about $8000 so far and have the bare minimum to show for it. Every few months they will send an email or call me saying they need more money to complete the job. I spent $2000 on a "trademark" with "IP Australia" and have no tax receipt to show for it. I have one receipt that shows almost $6000 in transactions but does not state anything I was meant to receive. All work has been completed through a 3rd party project management system so all emails responses are through there. They constantly call from 02 and 03 numbers making it believable they are local until you ask where in Sydney they are based and it starts to crumble. Dealt with these guys for over 12 months constantly thinking I will get what I paid for. Honestly so embarrassing to even admit that I think I was scammed.

I questioned where the invoice with GST and ABN was before I paid it. He said after I paid he was going to send me another invoice to charge me GST separately afterwards, and he keeps telling me he will send me their ABN when the accounts department release it to him. Not only is this illegal in Australia, it is the worst cover up story I think I've heard. If he had just admitted to me they weren't an Australian company, I would have likely paid it. But now I know he was just trying to use it as an excuse to get some more money out of me. Definitely stay away from this company, who knows if they've saved my card details, or are simply trying to steal IP. Worse was that the art used wasn’t original and instead appeared exactly like the free, basic formats already available on Canva. I realized that with this low level of skill I wouldn’t be receiving the professional logo I wanted. Via email, I politely asked for a refund. In return, I got a new form to refill in of the information I’d already sent through and discussed. After I asked again for a refund, I was ignored AGAIN and received another concept. This one appeared more like the design I originally asked for but was entirely devoid of any effort and lacked artistic competency. Honestly, it looked like a child had made it. After that, I explained why I didn’t like the concepts and that I still wanted a refund. Melissa on AussieLogo responded that “A full refund in any case will not be a possibility.” In addition, she wanted 70% of my money for a design I had refused to be made in the first place. On each of their packages is the phrase “money back guarantee”. They verbally agreed that a refund was possible. These assurances are lies. They did NOT return my $185.79 and instead responded that a refund “in any case” is “…against [our] Terms and Conditions”. With their refusal to issue a refund without consuming 70%, I was disgusted. I wrote that if they refused to issue the guaranteed refund then I would post this review. They then replied that they would refund me fully on 14-03-24 and that it would take 7-11 business days to process. That time passed and I have enquired about my money several times since. I’ve received nothing but emails demanding more of my patience. Not a dollar of my hard earned $185.79 has been returned to my bank account to this day. It’s been almost two months since their false pledge to fully refund. AussieLogo’s scheming is truly white collar; they communicate politely enough when it suits them but fail to keep their promises or return money. Whatever you do, steer clear of this horrendous, despicable fraud of a business. Their art is subpar and not worth your time or concern. Look elsewhere for creditable, reasonable logo designers. These people will steal from you.

I was then cornered into purchasing logo trademark registration for 4x the amount of the original logo, that took another 2 months to receive, after which i found out from my printer that under Australian law it is not necessary to register a logo for trademark as it is automatically a trademark just for existing. They also appear to have plagiarised an image and have been warned by me printer of legal implications. In total the whole thing took about 5 months. Extremely slow to respond. I did get a product in the end but took far longer than it needed to and should have gone local. Almost certain this company isn't even Australian based as all communications are in the middle of the night and I'm sure they just out source.

Another person scammed – these people came up with the logo we requested and we paid for it to be the jpeg never came, many phone calls and an email produced nothing and if we had gone ahead and authorised the registration of the logo it would have cost us a whole heap more. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I would advise to steer clear as they are happy to lie and try to pass off someone else's work as their own.

Don't waste your time and money – I wish I read these reviews before getting started with Aussie logo. Communication is rubbish, spent close to 1K and I'm still waiting on formats 3weeks later. Don't understand why they can't just send everything together. I don't have time for Little small talk emails back and forth. So save your money.
