them all you using fake names Mathew Melloi, Simon Wilson, Paul Rodiguez, Jonus Muller communicating and replying with AI fake email messages.

I have asked for a refund and they have refused, so then I asked if I can have full access to my website and host details they disagreed without giving me any credentials or control of my own site that I have paid for in full. To make matters worse, their coercion and intimidation tactics have continued by blocking my incoming emails to them and my IP address from blocking me from any communication, leaving reviews and not answering my phone call messages

They are currently being investigated by all relevant agencies.

If you’re looking for reliable and ethical service, stay far away from Aussies Website Agency and Aussie web shop.

Worst experience – Extremely dishonest and unreliable agency. I asked for a refund as my website was not done. Mathew told me the refund has already been processed while Damien is still convincing me to work with them seems that he doesn’t want another agency to do my website. No communication between staffs. I’ll rate this company as scammers.

Stay Away and do not use – This service is appalling. I have seen no progress with my website. They were quick to take my money but have not delivered what was promised. Well it has been over 4 WEEKS!!!! now and still no refund and doesn't respond to emails.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING TO USE THIS COMPANY, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

So I needed help setting up a website, before speaking to a professional I had to pay $499.00 this payment was processed straight away from my account, but as they claimed they charged me buy mistake in US dollars not AUD which bought the amount to $774.17. After my conversation with the professional I decided that they were not the company I wanted to work with and requested a refund. This happened on the 1st August and after many emails and phone calls I am still waiting for my refund. They are now not responding to my request.

Terrible service wont refund – [Name Removed] who was the account manager was never contactable , rude when i asked for a refund .
