You can never really be certain about a company's authenticity on first purchase but Australia Herbal Store didn't let me down. My order arrived really quickly, it was packaged very well and the products were exactly as described. Very professional company to deal with. I was more than impressed. don't have a warehouse in Australia. I wouldn't care if the website said Indian Herbal Store, but just seemed deceiving and I don't like when companies aren't transparent so I haven't made my order. But buyers please be aware if you want to support your local Australian businesses, this is not the online store to go to.

never shipped. never responded – I have to say it was a bet to place order with this [Content Removed] to start with. Because too many [Content Removed] nowadays. It proved it's exactly the case with them. After payment made 1 month ago, products never shipped. Made inquiry via email and whatsapp, never got a tiny clue about my clue. I would give them negative score if it's an option. Stay clear away from them.

Pathetic service – I have ordered essential oil from the website. I haven't received my order it's been more than a month. I have raised queries many times but they are not even bothered to reply. Pls do not order from this website.
