I received an incomplete online order from Australia Herbal Store. The seller advised that two items had been removed during shipping/customs processing and confirmed in writing that a refund would be arranged. I followed up to ask for the refund amount, and processing date, but I have not received a response yet or seen the refund in my original payment account. I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.

don't have a warehouse in Australia. I wouldn't care if the website said Indian Herbal Store, but just seemed deceiving and I don't like when companies aren't transparent so I haven't made my order. But buyers please be aware if you want to support your local Australian businesses, this is not the online store to go to.

never shipped. never responded – I have to say it was a bet to place order with this [Content Removed] to start with. Because too many [Content Removed] nowadays. It proved it's exactly the case with them. After payment made 1 month ago, products never shipped. Made inquiry via email and whatsapp, never got a tiny clue about my clue. I would give them negative score if it's an option. Stay clear away from them.
