Used Kade from Bill Cutters to find me a better deal which he has Then asked him about my internet he suggested a company that I have used before and we’re not happy with them so he didn’t push the point. I found the experience very positive and I would be happy to use them again in the future.

I spoke with Hayden whom I found to be very polite and helpful. On his recommendation I have changed energy co. I have to yet be invoiced to see if the savings reported are true but it did sound as if it would be very beneficial.

that I was being given rates that would be current for more than 2 weeks. A waste of time for me but could be a trap for anyone who doesn’t read all details. Never again will I use ANY comparison company.

Nuisance callers. Unsolicited. Should be shut down , blocked but called from another number Usually starting with 048999

Constant calling and for the last 3 days in a row , i have told them , have some respect and dont call me again yet they call again and again , STOP !! It’s annoying

hang up the phone while conversation – i didnot accept their offer and the staff hang up the phone. Is this the way you run the business.

Fantastic customer service – I spoke with a fantastic lady Scarlett who explained everything for me as I didn’t really understand how everything worked but she went over all of the numbers with me and was very patient with me and I ended up saving so much money!!! My bill before the switch was $300 a month and now it’s all the way down to $100 a month!!! She did an amazing job definitely recommend!!

Suggest others to try – I got a great good price for my Gas from the individual who helped me over the phone, and I was extremely delighted with the service. I would absolutely suggest to others to check this comparison company.

Quick service – Quick service and very understanding with me, it took a while but the agent on the phone was very understand and talked me through it step by step.

Bad customer service – I was told that I was rude after Isaid I was happy with my provider after I was pushed to listen the conversation should have ended prior to being questioned and pushed.

Saved me heaps of money – I was amazed by the amazing customer service that they gave me after I got a massive fright at the $900 bill I received quarterly and then the next one all the way down to $400 quarterly after the next bill definitely recommend speaking with them!!

aggressive, stay away as [Name Removed] calls from a mobile phone number, I would advise to stay away and deal with companies with office phone numbers. Sumo Reviews were not good either.

Rude service – Not only they hassle you for information given again and again, the bill specialist is not a specialist but untrained people who are rude to the customers. Waste of time, and unhelpful
