get an email from Zembl asking to log in and set up a password for easy access to pay bill, view outstandings etc. Which I did, first thing I checked was the rates they are providing

Because of this immoral approach, contractors making fun of customers on this platform is rampant. They bid your project with very low offers, you award it to them, they then either disappear and never respond, or ask for a big increase. You cancel the project? The platform charges you $30.

I spent considerable time completing the connection process and providing all requested information, only to be told later that I was allegedly ineligible for the rewards. The reason given was absurd, misleading, and deceptive: I was required to chat online with a consultant to complete the connection, yet Finder later claimed that doing so breached its terms and conditions. This appears to be an unreasonable interpretation and was never disclosed beforehand.

Had the provider acted transparently, customers could have assessed and confirmed eligibility from the outset, saving significant time and effort. Instead, customers are pushed through a lengthy process, only to have previously undisclosed conditions used to deny the advertised benefits.

Overall, this was a frustrating, misleading experience that raises serious concerns about the rewards programme's transparency. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against relying on the advertised rewards and recommend reading out terms and conditions carefully (if they ever provide you with any document in advance).

but the coverage would have been worse, as the fund they recommended was more suitable for people in WA, whereas I live in Vic, and my current policy offers better no-gap coverage with the Victorian hospitals. Use Google AI to compare your fund to their recommendation; it will give you a comparison table. Remember, they get paid by the health funds they recommend.
