can't afford to spend time on us and if I have children I shouldn't send them to Uni. He also said," I am very busy sitting in my ute and explaining ,everyone's staring, so I talk,you listen.I feel that is really a very unprofessional manner to talk to anyone ,I didn't say much as there would be no difference with me and him then. I will make sure I don't recommend any of my friends or family to them. Please educate your staff about behaviour and manner which comes from good family background and good education which he doesn't seem to have. Really frustrating, I deal with different trades all the time with my work and recommend them to customers all the time and I have the best team ( unfortunately my plumber is away hence this experience with such a bad person.) Hope this post will not make any difference to you but its important to input the experience.

lead I quoted the client. I spent time both by email and two separate phone calls with the client going through her needs and the quote. She accepted. I sent the meeting invitation, for the on site visit and inspection. She accepted. The morning of the appointment she then sent a scathing email saying she DID NOT ACCEPT OUR QUOTE. I have paid for the lead. Don't have exact amount of the lead but in the vicinity of 54 credits. I reach out to the Support team on 15th March - and provide all the detailed information and correspondence with the client. On 26th March I followed up. I was sent a reply email addressed to a different person, (always makes you feel very under valued, when a customer service team can not take the 30 seconds to verify a Christian name). I was then told they had contacted 'the client' (the one who messed me around, wasted my time accepted, then cancelled) and are waiting on her reply. Even though I have sent all the detailed correspondence and dates. I receive a subsequent email, which feels like a delaying tactic, asking me which exact clauses of One Flare's terms and conditions and refund policy I am referring to. I have, just a few moments ago, no lie, received another email from customer service asking me to show proof of where the client cancelled. This info was provided on 15th March, 16th March, and now, for fun, for a third time on 26th March. Who is actually running this show? Cancelled my subscription and these folks can go eat a worm.

get an email from Zembl asking to log in and set up a password for easy access to pay bill, view outstandings etc. Which I did, first thing I checked was the rates they are providing

BOOM

The rates are higher then what was discussed, called back and spoke to the rep he said he will look into it. Later get a response

"Looks like a rate structure change. I think this will actually be better for you. As you will benefit from the off-peak and shoulder through the day time."

Which was not the case.

I would not recommend this company at all. They lure you in with low rates but the rates change when you get the welcome pack.

though he had a low completion rate. He cancelled the night before and then the payment was returned as a credit which is ridiculous as it should just go back to your credit card. They wouldn't respond to my numerous requests to return it to my credit card ignoring every request so that I had to get a refund through my credit card. It was close to $800 so I was very annoyed by the end!

to take my time with the decision and read the fine print. Broker was saying he understands and thats it good to not to make quick decisions, but I needed to make a decision right there and then. He also would not give me the health insurance policy docs to check the fine print. I wanted this as I have been misguided in these calls before. Instead of listening to me, he hung up. Obviously not interested in helping you, just wanting to make a sale and commission. Ruined my mood. Just hang up on all these calls.
