I’d never heard of this college so dug deep to find out information. Some alarm bells such as expiring license, policy and procedure manual not working on web site, pricing didn’t add up, lack of information and very poor correspondence. Eventually I got answers to my questions and submitted an application (as it was the only place I could find that did this course online) was given an offer letter and start date (which was only 2 working days from application) i had to resign from a job and restructure my entire business so i asked if I could start at the next intake. I was told there was another in 4 weeks so I confirmed this spot and then I enquired about the exams they and all of a sudden apparently there are no spots left even after I had confirmed one. I’m actually grateful I didn’t waste $12,500 on this college as I don’t even know I would get a valid certificate at the end and if their training is anything like their management then a piece of paper would be worthless anyway. It’s very poorly run and the previous reviews are all old and I wouldn’t be surprised if they are fake cause there’s no way this place is run properly. I was going to call ombudsman but have decided to leave it with this review and hope people can consider all options. I’ve found another similar course i’m happy with online.
