I cannot recommend these guys enough! The entire experience was fantastic, their team is super helpful, just get in touch with them and they will provie an exceptional experience. The knoweldge and skills I have gained from studying with ACWMAH is phenominal, I have also gained so much confidence in my professional practices and started my own business. The course focuses on everything you expect and so much more, give it a go if you want in to this fabuoous industry.
Don't care about students. Happily take your money and claim they offered support when infact they offer nothing. Ask your tutor questions and receive unhelpful open ended answers. Not satisfied with this company at all. Make a complaint and all they do is defend themselves and keep your money. Most of the course i signed up for had nothing to do with the subject, didn't meet requirements but was still denied a refund even though under consumer law they are required to atleast give a partial refund. Will never deal with them again and i would suggest anyone take a wide birth of considering a course with them.

Outstanding Service – I can't express enough how much I enjoyed my experience with this provider, right from the get go the terms and processes were clear, the learning has provided me with a new career path, real work ready skills, the knowledge required to work in such a comprehensive industry and the confidence to make this happen. You are provided with a dedicated Tutor, so you talk to the same team member for all your study support needs, and all of the other staff I've communicated with were just so easy to deal with - their support process makes everything easy to follow along and know where you are upto. A real personalised experience, anytime you communicate you can guarantee there is a whole team at the ready to support you - very very happy graduate

Lacking the personal touch – Friendly and interested in you at the start but once they receive your money, they honestly couldn't care less if you pass, fail or quit. A typical Gold Coast RTO that really isn't in touch with the industry, neither does the owner care. They need to make some changes in their management if they want to succeed in this space.

The College has reached out numerous times over your course enrolment, your dedicated Tutor has also been in successful contact and delivered support to you during many times of active participation, and in the inactive times our team have persisted to reach out via phone, text and email however there have been times we did not receive any return communication. There is always a team member behind every action here at the College and each point of communication is designed to seek engagement from the students; invites to new support tools e.g. live support sessions, support call bookings, emailing, seeking feedback, reminders, regular check-ins, points of time in course duration etc.
