Morgan from Australian- webcreators is a scam and I lost 500 AUD. they are not from australia and no response to emails. after few weeks they will not be reachable in email as well as they change. Website- normally they ask content and no response after
I can’t believe this has happened to me! Almost $700 down the drain when struggling to start a new business! Not even files to rebuild! They put a site up for about a week I think and now it’s just gone!!! I should have known better than to trust someone I couldn’t understand! More fool me! I do not recommend! Filed for money back but will be surprised if I get any.

so my invoices haven't been received and of course [Name Removed] doesn't return my phone calls. Totally unhappy and now I have to go back to the start and try and get my money back then find a reputable company to get this all going again.
Follow-up · I still have been unable to contact anyone. There have been no replies, I've still not received my business cards or access to my website. How am I going to edit it?
If I could give 0/5 stars I would. [Name Removed] was my manager and talk me into creating a website and SEO paid the money upfront and ZERO traffic on website for over 12 months. Hey guys, I’ve used David from AWC and he was awesome, no bull crap just got busy straight away and got my site sorted the way I wanted it with all the detail that I wanted. Good logo service and very helpful with business cards. Overall very good
Scammers!!! They’re aren’t in Australia even when they provide an 03 number – We got the $199 package to create a logo and website. They offered both in 2 weeks, but only the logo took over a month, once we got it it was useless as the format didn’t work for anything. The website wasn’t delivered and then they stopped answering phone calls and emails. SCAMMERS!!!
