Bad – The day this treadmill was set up we found 2 major problems, Heartrate Control and Motion Sensors didn't work. It was a nightmare dealing with the Workout World shop after the sale as they just kept stalling and fobbing us off, possibly hoping we would just go away! It took ~26weeks for the treadmill to be fixed and only after I got WW head office involved! Very unhappy and stressed during the whole 'ordeal'. Overall I'd rate the actual treadmill 4, but dealing with the Workout World shop brings it down to a 2. Long running deck. Sturdy. Heart Rate Control and Motion Control (if/when they both work!) Workout World aftersales service/repairs was a complete farce and joke. Expensive, at $4000 this treadmill does NOT even come with the pictured TV attachment which is an additional $1000 and then does not even have a remote control or DVD. For ~$320 I could buy a fully featured LCD TV/DVD combo with all the bells and whistles for the treadmill.

Excellent – Purchased this machine in 2005 and it is a great treadmill. My wife being a runner loves the extra long deck and the sturdiness of this machine. Feels like a commercial gym quality treadmill. I decided to install this machine myself and at installation have accidentaly pinched one of the wires, hence my comment that you should opt in for a professional installation of this machine. The motion control system is great, it works like some treadmills have buttons to control the speed of the machine on the handles, this one has sensors means you dont have to concentrate on pushing buttons, you just wave your hand over it. If you do fast running where you need to remain in running rhythm, i definitelly recommend a treadmill with this feature. Pressing buttons while running tends to make me lose ballance. Another feature worth a mention is the adjustble suspension. Whether youre a pro runner, or like a well cusioned run to save the good old knees, you can adjust the suspension on this machine by turning the gas strut. If youre after a quality machine that is used mainly for running then you need to take this treadmill for a test run. Extra long running deck, large and comfortable, motion control system, Tv option. Not really a disslike, but I would suggest to opt in for a professional installation of this treadmill as it is massive.
