They ripped me off. I wanted a belt quickly for a special event, so I ordered express delivery, which wasn't express delivery at all. It took about four weeks for the product to arrive. I emailed them saying I want a refund for the false claim of express delivery, and charging me extra, but it was all ignored. Horrible. Don't buy anything from this brand.

Products are decent. Was a return buyer but for my dad. Sizing chart not accurate and so the jacket too small. Best product, best service – Just purchased new jeans and polo shirts from the new Macarther Square store. The product quality fit and price are excellent. looks like rain coat Pleather. The zips are very undersized and the cut is quite different to the images displayed. Overall cheaper made product than what you'd expect from Temu. I tried contacting them to change over the second jacket for a smaller size (as id started to read about issues with returns). No contact back after several emails. Was recently asked to review gear from there site, when i did so (reviewing them low stars) the reviews didn't show up on the site. Basically suggests the reviews on the AXL Rodd site are fake. Id suggest positive ones on here are the same. Buyer beware.

Just a Temu product with a logo sticker at 2x the price – Bought a Jacket, which is just a Temu product with a crappy logo sticker at twice the price. A bit of Photoshop to make the fabric seem nicer. Don't bother, just use any cheaper Chinese online shop. Show details

Scam website, paid express post, still not posted 2 weeks later – Placed an order on 8th August 2024 and paid express post. Didn't receive the tracking number until 15th August. Guys ----> don't even sweat it - just file a complaint with your bank as a VISA dispute - it never fails. You'll eventually get your money back (if you have emails that prove your tried your best to resolve the issue) and the company will get a black mark against them. WIN WIN.

team was to provide a return address. And since then, I have been completely ghosted for the last month. I have tried email, Facebook, and their online chat and I have had ZERO replies regarding the return status. I literally mean nothing (I even checked my Junk folder). Its a complete communication blackout. I am a really easy-going guy and understand that there are processes and policies. Maybe the jacket was damaged during transit, or maybe it never arrived. Any number of things could have happened that could delay or forfeit the returnability of a product. But being ignored for 30 straight days is unacceptable! The jacket was quite nice tho... so I gave an extra star for that.

Cheap quality – Received my lumbar jacket today, second button had already fallen off, and worried the other buttons will follow. Would expect more for $150, it also is very light, and not as robust as shown on website. Poor quality. Show details
