Awful Company – Despite constant requests from neigbours, keeps their storage location a graffiti ridden shambles. Please have respect for neighbours!
Very comfortable futon for bad backs – The most comfortable futon ever! I can't sleep on a spring or foam mattress due to back and sacroiliac joint pain. I can sleep the whole night and partner disturbance is zero. This mattress is my best friend after my dog. Love it. Highly recommended.
Exceptional service – Exceptional service in making drawers next to futon bed to match with nice glass, to fit on top with great handles.
The worst bed purchased – The bed is not a standard size but oversized. Poor Construction. Called to get it sorted but all the said go to VCAT. If you want to waste your money, buy from them. I wish I could give them a zero.
Locally hand made, great quality, very helpful – I found this store on line not knowing what to expect. It's a wonderful small business tucked away that provides hand made on site quality futons and Japanese style furniture. As it is a small business, they provide wonderful personal care and are true to their word, having prepared my order for me within 3 days ready to pick up. Great service and quality. Highly recommend.
