Blatant false advertising and over promising – Despite advertising on their website that you can “have your report in minutes”, the clunky system takes 20+ minutes to even provide log on details. I read a news article saying the service is expanding into overseas locations - it may be worth getting your systems in check in Australia first before any expansion is undertaken.

Let’s now see if the report arrives in the 1-2 days that I now have to wait (which is utterly pointless anyway as I needed my report by opening of business tomorrow).

Does what it says – I received my police check in less than 24 hours. I found the process simple, easy to use and overall cheaper than other options.

Slighty cheaper than other online checking services, but incredibly slow in all areas – Have now been waiting for 16 days for a basic police clearance, that I submit every 12 months as part of my ongoing employment requirements. frustration. You have to remember that other than emailing your background check off to be checked and claiming a fee, and sending out a few auto emails to recipients of the checking process, bakky check as a company, does little else. It's money for jam as far as I am concerned.

NOT REFUNDING, NOT ABLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE, NOT FIXING ISSUE BY EMAIL – I have been trying to contact this company for 2 days. Their system is having a fault. They will not solve the problem and keep telling me to do the same thing over and over. I have requested a call or a refund and have not received either!
