Balco Motorcycle Bluetooth Kit AU200016

Balco Motorcycle Bluetooth kit - the wifi to phone does not work – Kit has Camera and Bluetooth communication for Motorcycle Helmet. Bought so I could capture videos as well as bluetooth communications (to replace my existing communications which does not have video function). I can connect the bluetooth to my phone but the wifi just does not show up at all. I've tried reset and other multiple but he wifi is just not showing up. This means I can't view the captured videos unless I get onto my computer at home and plug in my micro SD card. As I travel without my laptop (but with my phone) this means I cannot review any video while on my travels.
